No response from support since 02/2023. No updates to the game. Too bad - it was fun. Moving on.
12/23/2023: Has this game been abandoned by the developers? I keep writing Support for help & no one responds to the e-mails anymore. The game is taking my stars to make updates to the hotel room, but nothing happens. It just stays in the “before” state of the room. Didn’t even clear it out to start the renovation. So I just keep losing stars. Also, what is up with the weird looking cat on the game icon? I thought this was a hotel renovation game?
The first three hotels were fun. Then the boosts stopped coming at regular intervals. The boosts needed, like the speed boost, you have to get “gifted” 10 times before you actually get the boost. On the first few levels you get the boost as a gift. Then you start getting 1/10 of the boost. And you may get that particular boost every 4th or 5th time. Maybe. So now if you want to pass a level you have to play for several days to get one boost and then maybe you will pass the level. The dollar value levels are getting so high now that a speed boost is not helping me pass the level - even doing the level perfectly I was one dollar short! This has turned into a frustrating game that may only be fun if I spend money. When I look at how much the boosts are & calculate how much it would cost to spend for a boost in every game, I’m not sure I want to make that $$ commitment. May be time for me to move on. Sadly. It was fun while it lasted.

The game is very much like an old game like from 2020 and it’s 2026 so u can definitely see some differences but overall it is very fun.

Seit 2023 werden keine Updates mehr angeboten und seit ein paar Tagen kann man auch nicht mehr spielen. Es wird eine Verknüpfung mit FB gefordert. Versucht man, sie herzustellen, erscheint ein Fehler:
„App ist nicht aktiv: Diese App ist momentan nicht verfügbar und der App-Entwickler ist informiert. Du kannst dich wieder anmelden, sobald die App wieder verfügbar ist.“

I love these hotel games.
SCAM do not waste your time
I'm very disappointed, I've spent time and money advancing many levels and the game has finally reached the unplayable point for me.
The game gave me a welcome back present, which I appreciated. I won the level I played. The app then crashed, made me replay the level, and told me I did not pass as it took away my welcome back boosters.
Since the game won't let me advance even though I've spent money on gems, I can't justify keeping this app.
Sad to see it go.
