So many bugs after game engine update
My spins and suitcases disappear after I try to use them. The app either crashes or is completely bugged out. When I realize what happened, my spins/suitcases disappear and I am left with nothing. There’s no easy way to report such bugs either. I have lost at least 10 suitcases and at least 30 spins this way.

Hi I am writing this because there are too many bugs going around like my stickers being invisible even though I put them there and pins having no pictures on them the face item button while looking at another player’s outfit doesn’t work even though my device and everything is fine and whenever I tap on the elevator button to go to a different room all the other buttons disappear and I have no choice but to restart the game I tested it out on my other device and the problem is still the same my internet is fine I don’t use vpns I didn’t have this problem until yesterday I love this game but for the love of god fix the game PLEASE!

Fun game but too many bugs
Yeah there's a lot of bugs/glitches going on in the game. Such as message not going through and stickers not showing up on profiles. But this is a fun game just fix the bugs

Never works
I love this game but it’s nearly unplayable for me, it crashes every 5 minutes and half the time it’s while I’m doing suitcases- I try to open ten suitcases (sometimes paying for them) and it crashes, I lose all the items I would’ve gotten and that’s such a ripoff. Its super glitchy, and now when I try to submit outfits for the trials, the create an outfit doesn’t work. Hair items will show up in every other category (tops, bottoms, etc) and vice versa. I click on a top and it shows as a completely different item

Fixes and adds
This game is a pretty decent game but I do thinks there’s flaws. For example rifts don’t work, when I open my locker my clothes are scrambled so I can’t see what I put on, children under the age of 18 have been capable of playing, the game censoring words is very sensitive. For what I think should be added into the game is to bring back trash bot, bring new colours to the shop, new clothes for 1 and 2 star spins. Make it easier to earn diamonds, maybe make a few new rooms and secret rooms or so.

o jogo é ótimo, jogo desde 2018 mas ultimamente ele tem bugado muito, além de as vezes não querer entrar por nada, quando entro ele fica todo bugado, as lojas estão todas misturadas, não dá pra ver que ítem você está comprando pois os itens aparecem errados, arrumem isso!

This new update has ruined the game for me
This recent new update ruined the game for both the iPad, and my iPhone 12. In hotel hideaway on my iPhone 12 when I log into my account, it can sometimes be laggy and the items shifts randomly when changing your avatar or trying to purchase new clothing or trying to make a outfit to submit to the trial of style making it difficult to find which items are actually there unless you figure it out in order which takes a long time. On the iPad Air gen 4, it’s worse. The iPad is now stuck on the sulake logo every time I try to open hotel hideaway making it impossible to open up the game now even tho it can run perfectly fine.
I hate how the developers always want to prioritize releasing updates instead of actually taking time to see if the update doesn’t cause glitches before releasing them. I hate how developers treat the iPad devices when it comes to them releasing updates on the iPad version.
How is my iPhone 12 allowed to get on hotel hideaway without being stuck on the sulake logo while the iPad I sometimes use now gets stuck on the sulake logo every time I try to open the app despite it being capable of running it well more than my iPhone 12. It’s unfair how the developers don’t care about optimizing updates and making sure they work while caring about making money as possible instead of listening to their users. They need to start prioritizing updates that are carefully made to fix bugs and not make the game worse more than prioritizing fast updates over careful made updates and if they don’t get it together and fix this and actually take their time to look into them before releasing them, I’m afraid I’m gonna have to quit this game for a while.

Fun but please fix bug!!
Love the game! Super fun, especially if you love dressing up. Fun community as well. There is an issue in constant frustration I have with visual glitches. When I am scrolling through my inventory or dressing up for competitions, the item icon keeps glitching to the wrong items or items i don’t yet own.

Selling merge items
I absolutely love this game and I’ve had it since it first dropped ten years ago! It’s the longest I’ve ever kept a game on my phone. The ONLY thing I wish would update is the merger. You can sell clothes in the merge bot when it’s a standard item, but for the ones that upgrade as you collect, there’s no way to sell THOSE. there are sets I don’t care to upgrade, or sets where I maxed out. So now, I have all these items just sitting there that I can’t get rid of. I would love an option to sell the items in the green mergebot just like in the red one

love this game and the design but please do not let your kids play this game. arguably one of the worst games for grooming and peds. please report anyone who is openly admitting and advocating for this type of stuff (you come across it daily)
I like this game but there is a problem
I been playing this game for a while and it’s good, but a new update caused a problem where on the trial of fanshion when creating an outfit for the theme, the clothes keep shuffling for no reason. Please fix this because it is annoying to some people.

i’ve had this game for years and it has been nothing but fun and exciting. they take bullying seriously and they take sexual content seriously. They always have fun events and cool things to customize your character characters.. I’ve never had any problems with this game. been a loyal player since 2020

I love this game so much! I’ve been playing for years and it’s so nice to see it grow. I do have a suggestion though. Would it be possible to add different types of pets? Like bunnies, hamsters, hedgehogs? I’d really like to see that☺️
