User Interface Issue
It won’t allow me to click on anything after the new update! I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it doesn’t work. Please please please fix this as I’ve had this app for so long and would hate to have to delete it.
Frozen in place
When I go to lobby, my game doesn’t let me walk. I’m like frozen when I’m clicking on my screen it doesn’t do anything. I can’t even well spin or go to the suitcases and crates
Game bugs
Overall a great game and I really look forward to playing it, but recently I can’t do anything without the game just crashing or not loading. For example if I try to click on something my screen just stays still and doesn’t load what I wanted to press. I haven’t had this problem before it’s only just been recently where I can’t do anything.

10+ year review
Hotel Hideaway has devolved significantly out of greed, it can no longer be opened on my device without waiting 10-20 minutes, even after you inevitably crash. Because they added so many items for the players who consistently spend in their game, they added things like pets and 10 variations of everything to the point the game is extraordinarily laggy for a decent device. This has only gotten worse, they released the game on steam which is less functional than the emulators were.
I have spent hundreds on the game over 10 years, total letdown.

THIS GAME IS MALFUNCTIONING!
So I’ve played this game for a good long while and the only time this game has ever acted up/malfunctioned was because my device was old, I’m on an iPhone 17 now and the game has been perfect but all of the sudden this new picture has shown up as the app cover it’s been not letting me click buttons or move my camera I can’t even type messages unless I spam click it as soon as I load in then I try to click the message thing again and it didn’t work! So I closed the app and did the same thing but this time before I get to send the first message I CANT CLICK SEND!! Please fix this glitch it’s so irritating.

There's a another problem.
It's full of bugs. Half of my screen in functional half of it isn't and it's pissing me off.
Love this game honestly. But as of recent my Tailor of fortune spins that go to the recycler has been disappointing and never popping up again. I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem but it's kinda frustrating to have a ten spin and then only get 4 of those back in the recycler.

Not working
Won't let me click anything in the game whenever i load in ever since recent update. Please fix.
Game is glitching
I love this game I have been playing since 2018 but recently I’ve been trying to play the game on my two devices and the free offer glitches my whole game. Even if I manage to click “X” on the free offer, I still can’t play the game since it freezes. Please fix it.

This new update has had nothing but glitches Herman is speaking in a different language doesn’t stop moving. He can’t get arrest for a second half of my screen is working but all my other games with the other half of the screen that’s not working on this game is working and so much other things please fix this.

bug issues !!
Whenever i open the app causally doing my own thing by doing tasks, socialize, etc. I’ve noticed that when you pressed curtain buttons it stops you in track/freezes & you literally can’t press anything at all except closing the app.. this is very new to me & i’m not quite sure if anyone is experiencing the same thing, mind you i recently updated this as well .

perfect i love this game
New Update having many issues
After the newest update, I haven’t been able to touch half of the screen, I am only able to use the end of the right side. I love this game but this is bothering me since i’m not able to really do anything. Especially when I’m trying to participate in competitions.
Free offer glitches the whole game.
I can’t even play the game because once the free offer pops up I can’t click on anything anymore. Fix it. It’s literally inescapable.
Y2K update
8/1/26 update. Ever since game has updated, only half of my UI works. I cannot chat, I cannot spin wheel, I cannot open pass. Nothing is working. Loved the game before update. Hopefully u guys fix it!
Don’t bother with this game. Boots you all the time and horrible lagging.
The more they “fix” the worse it gets. I am highly disappointed with the current state of this game. The AI moderation is far too aggressive for an 18+ title, resulting in unjustified bans. Additionally, a frustrating bug forces players to move their avatars before they can access the chat function. The end-game content also lacks depth, making it entirely stale past level 200.Technical performance is severely lacking. The application suffers from constant crashes and infinite loading screens, meaning users spend more time waiting than playing. The developers must address these server issues immediately to restore playability.

This game is amazing! I love the details, the different outfits to pick from, etc, but the game freezes and had very bad lag constantly, making it hard to play. I have played this game and had multiple accounts throughout years because it's an amazing game, but the lag is making it nearly impossible to play
