Ridiculous lagging and disconnection.
I just recently redownloaded this game after some years and I was disappointed to find that I disconnect completely from the game genuinely every couple minutes. It’s very frustrating on top of the lag. I have disconnected right after spending coins on the recycler or the wheel and did not get those coins or spins or recycles back. I simply cannot do decor dash because I cannot stay in the room building long enough to submit anything before disconnecting completely and having the app close itself. It makes me not want to play the game anymore and it is incredibly disheartening. I know this is not just a me problem as I have experienced several other players frequently disconnecting and lagging.

It's doing it again. I don't know what's going on and it's honestly really annoying that its doing that again.
Love this game honestly. But as of recent my Tailor of fortune spins that go to the recycler has been disappointing and never popping up again. I'm not sure if anyone else has this problem but it's kinda frustrating to have a ten spin and then only get 4 of those back in the recycler.

For a game that’s supposed to be for adults why is everyone censoring heavily???!!!
So censorship is heavy. This game is supposed to be 18+ however you can be censored for anything and everything.
I was talking to an old friend in a public room. I was reported by someone else for using the F word??? First off it wasn’t directed at them. Secondly I was muted for an hour?!?! One of my friends was muted for 12 hours….12 hours is insane it used to be 5-10 minutes if that.

Also let’s talk about the age of the game and the censorship. It used to be 16+ to 17+ plus back then I understood the censorship. However the game has changed and is now 18+ meaning only adults on the game. So why can’t I have adult conversations with my friends and curse now and then???

I wanted to be clear my group was a safe space for anyone in the following communities and any cruel words or intentions would result in me removing you from the group. What I gathered is they put 18+ to not face any consequences if someone is underage playing the game but they still want adults playing since we make more money. So what do they do??? They censor us heavily instead of trying to make sure kids staff of this game.
If you want to make it a game for everyone that’s fine then I could understand censorship but you can’t have your cake and eat it too!!!!!

Great game, small but huge issue
I really enjoy the game. Played it when I was younger before properly moderated. But here’s the issue I ran into. Playing on apple is a bit scary, and right now I had an account that was 48 lvls, I saved my account with Game Center. Do NOT DO THIS. I cannot get back in despite my multiple attempts. I have already age verified, that wasn’t the issue. The apple account didn’t work and neither did Facebook, Game Center keeps crashing. I have lost all my progress which is awful and makes me want to delete. I would suggest for future use, to make a much simpler login way just by email and pass word. Many games try to be special but using an account that’s off their current game to seem more stable. But what exactly will happen to the account if the third party app is down? Great game, horrible login system. People can risk losing months of progress or even years.

Can we please go back to the original kitchen and original lobby? I just can’t get use to it and it feels sad seeing how much it changed. I genuinely loved and enjoyed it the way it was. The kitchen always seems empty now and doesn’t seem to be as fun as it use to be.

3 main issues
The game is fun i downloaded it again after a few years, a lot changed but it’s still fun however there are issues that make me want to delete it. 1 the suitcases and the wheel. The whole 1 in 19 suitcases is an emerald case is an absolute lie. I’ve opened several hundred suitcases in the past few weeks and i’ve gotten 2 emerald cases. I’ve also spun the wheel hundreds and hundreds of times i only get one star and two star items. I’d say about every 20-30 spins i’ll get a Three star item and four star and five star is nearly impossible i’ll get them like maybe every few weeks if at all. Now obviously those things are supposed to be hard to get but not impossible? it seems ridiculous that i buy spins for an event or suitcases and it was for nothing. And lastly, I had a friend on there who was terrible and was one of those people who argues nonsense but he was super sexist and rude, i reported him for several things because it was just getting ridiculous and he was banned a day? There were like 20 messages and even his bio was just toxic and he only got banned a day. Also idk if this is true or he was lying but he said it showed him the messages

Playing more than 6 years and I must say . Never played anything like this . The community just evolves through time . It’s always something happening everyday . No matter when or where you play . You’ll end up thinking about it .

Spent over $5,000 on this game. Banned my account. Won’t let me get it back. Been 3 years I’m still pssd about it. All my hard working money gone. Anyways after being banned it taught me to live a real life & to spend on my real life and not on a video game. I now play awesome games like Sims and Call of Duty without spending a penny and have made amazing friends there and now I travel the world instead. It’s opened my eyes. So no I don’t want my account back. I want to say thank you and I hope you too lose thousands of dollars.

I am highly disappointed with the current state of this game. The AI moderation is far too aggressive for an 18+ title, resulting in unjustified bans. Additionally, a frustrating bug forces players to move their avatars before they can access the chat function. The end-game content also lacks depth, making it entirely stale past level 200.Technical performance is severely lacking. The application suffers from constant crashes and infinite loading screens, meaning users spend more time waiting than playing. The developers must address these server issues immediately to restore playability.

First of all i tried to join right everything was fine i was trying to join back i took many attempts for face ID for verification and im literally 20 mind u THEY keep declining and they maxed out the attempts and i tried the same thing with My ID and suddenly it doesn’t wanna work ofc because my hotelhideway account is old the birth certificate is different,i tried it other methods it doesn’t work so ai is technically ruining the system
