Fun at first…
This game was fun at the beginning, but it’s gotten to a point where the ads don’t load (so I don’t get diamonds from them) and I need to upgrade to be able to pass the levels, which I need diamonds for. Seems like the devs are just trying to push players into buying diamonds & coins to upgrade the hotels and I’m not spending money on an app 🙄 Also, this app could use some patchwork as I’ve run into several bugs where the level never officially ends even with zero customers left and I have to quit the level, wasting any boosters I used that level and wasting a “life” in the game. I’m not going to hold my breath for the devs to fix their game because the bugs and glitches have been going on for months now according to other players’ reviews. Just save yourself the headache and find something else to play.

Can’t move on
This game has become such a pain… Too many bugs too many people complaining about this game with no resolution… Once you finish snow chill, there’s nowhere to go. I’ve been sitting on this level for two months now. Can someone please respond to our complaints I’m giving you a week if not, I’m deleting this game.

Can’t finish a section
I actually spend extra benefits to finish a section of play. And then at desk you can’t get person to room. It won’t let you it game stalls. This happened 3 times. Especially annoying since I paid and used diamonds to get the extra benefit/ diamonds.
And from what I can see can’t go thru game to get or tell about the problem. Annoying. I’d like credit for these jammed games.

Ads with nothing to give you
The game is fine I guess. The issues are the ads after every single level. First off is this game FTP? Yes but there are plenty of things that would help your game that cost money so to me, not really FTP. I get that developers need ads to make money and I understand that. But maybe these devs should take a note from other apps just like this one. Other apps reward you for CHOOSING and not being forced to watch ads. You could get rewards like diamonds or coins or even power ups. I will sit through 20 ads to progress my game. I’m ready to delete this game because of all of the ads that don’t benefit my game in the slightest. In the end, you are losing money.

This game DOES NOT WORK!!!! I have great Wi-Fi but the game keeps freezing !!!
I have lost lots of coins and lots of blue diamonds!!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 I have tried many many times to get in touch with the developers to no avail!!! I have clearly finished a level and did ALL the projects but it said I was not done and I lost all the coins and all the diamonds on that level and that was NOT THE FIRST TIME!!!

Broken
This game is fun and all, but the level i am on currently (level 45 in the Snowy Cabin) seems to be broken. The goal requires to get 40 “likes” and I can only get 39! I serve all the customers and give them everything they want, and no matter what it always turns out to be 39 “likes”. I am stuck on this level… This needs an update or fix.

No Longer Perfect!!
Update: Dropping my rating from 5-star to 2-star. It’s now automatically playing ads after a lot of the levels instead of just allowing you the choice to watch ads in order to gain some extra points. Not cool!

Too many bugs! Please fix!!
This game was so fun…but there’s been times when I know I’m going to beat the level but my last customer never comes to the reception desk! It literally says I have one more customer and he/she never shows up! The time will run out and you would think the level would just end…nope. Nothing. You have to end it yourself and lose a life. I’ve also spent the diamonds to upgrade whatever the game suggests (because come on, let’s admit, you have to do what the game “suggests” to move on to the next level) and the timer on the truck doesn’t go down! I’ve had 3 or 4 upgrades going on at once and have screenshots of the timer counting down on all but one truck?? Also, the first time you click on the app to play, it gives you an option to watch a video to double your free coins and diamonds. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I’ve watched the video and have not received my “double” reward. That’s infuriating! I really do enjoy the game but seriously who wants to play daily when there are so many easily fixable bugs?
P.S. why have you made the level in the chill hotel impossible to beat? You need 40 thumbs up but you can only get 39,and that’s with me doing everything PERFECT!

Next levels???
So I’m in love with game, but I’ve hit a wall and upgraded all hotels surpassed all levels and I still can’t move on to the new chapter even though u advertise it and it still keeps telling me I need to finish all hotels before moving on. Please help what do I do?
Horrible lying game
Snow hotel has a level where you need 40 thumbs up, but it only has 39. Wants you to buy gems for more customers. It’s a rip off and cheats. Ask there has been a level where I exceeded the total amount of coins required but it says I failed. Terrible game.

Snow chill level is impossible to serve 40 guest when they only give 39 customers. Bait and switch technique trying to force purchase. Delete this junk!

I have lost money because it has freezes on me and I pay for it and it never gives it back and it acts like it’s another person there and it’s not please fix these bugs smh

Aggravating game
The game is fun but I realized that certain levels can’t be passed unless you buy diamonds so you can get more customers in order to pass a level, which is completely frustrating and unfair. For example, you have to get 40 likes to pass a level but the game only allows you to get 39 so it’s impossible to pass the level even though you have done everything right. What is the point of making a game that is impossible to win at??? Makes no sense to me.

Dead end
I am stuck on level 45 for the snow chill hotel. I get only 39/40 thumbs up with serving every one perfect. Looks like it wants me to make an in app purchase to get more customers. Takes the fun away when it’s trying to get you to spend real money. No thanks.
Too hard
I’m on level fifteen and I can’t get past it. The other levels were easy but this level is impossible. It’s hard to earn any money and cleaning the rooms are nearly impossible. It’s hard enough to earn enough money to upgrade anything so you can actually win the levels.
