Hotel yarama
Hi we have stayed at your hotel on quite a few occasions and found that the staff are always happy to help whatever the occasion occurs the hotel is always very clean and the food is top class and the entertainment is always very good the only criticism we have is that the hotel is looking a bit tired now and good do with updating and I know that this takes money but hopefully it can happen but please if you do I hope you will keep the art deco decorations like the light shades etc as this makes the hotel unique looking forward to our next holiday with you soon

Sad to say the hotel rooms are very dated poor quality furniture, bathrooms outdated whole room needs a thorough deep clean .dining room staff not all were welcoming some not interested.

Disappointed with end of our stay
We stayed at this hotel from the 27/8/23 to 07/09/23 it was our 2nd visit having earlier been late May early June anyway in the early holiday the hotel was upgraded to platinum and rightly so the food had definitely improved on the previous year but in returning at the end of August it’s was noticeable the food in the restaurant at evening meal had returned to pre platinum standards and it was very disappointing and on the morning of our return which was a 7.40am pick we were turned away from the restaurant at 7am as we weren’t on the list for breakfast which in any case I believe was some pre selected fruit bread and yogurt and you were told where to sit by a very rude female member of staff we left the hotel exactly the same time in June and had a cooked breakfast then so to be turned away at the restaurant door and start our long trek home hungry was absolutely shameful, we a regular hotel guests at the Yarama but this kind of behaviour will definitely change our attitudes on where we spend our future vacations x Gary & Julie / Wales 1204
