Worst App Ever
I tried multiple times to pay for a top up no matter what I do he refuses to take my credit card even though it took the same card to buy the SIM. If you value your time in any way, skip this app.

I topped up no problem. Balance shows the right amount. But doesn’t let me buy a pass, saying I don’t have enough credit.

The “Get eSIM” and “Activate my SIM” function does work. I opened the app and chose “Activate or Get New SIM”. In the next page, no matter how many times I tapped on either options, nothing seems to happen. What a weird app.

I want to register an esim. The website and guide said to use the app to register for an esim. Clicking Activate or Get New Sim button, open a page showing get esim and activate my sim but nothing cam be click. Restart the app and still nothing happen. How you find new customer if basic registration not working properly? Then i bought sim card but i still cannot register it. The registration page doea not even show anything. Rubbish

Cannot activate SIM card
I bought a data sim and wasted 10rm as the Hotlink portal shows the option of activate sim which does not have any effect upon clicking because it’s not even a link. I asked the chatbot and even tried to connect to the agent but I cannot get the help I need. Their 123 is even non existence. Is this hotlink a scam in the first place???

Always log me out
I'm very disappointed that this have been happening very frequently. I'm a Hotlink user more than 15 years. Always the app last time never log me out. Now that the app keeps logging me out that causes no notification saying my bill has arrived. As a busy person. There are times we forgot to pay bills and need to be reminded. And now my bill is always overdue cause I only check when I remember, not longer getting reminded.
Update: now I can't even press continue to log in and pay bill. So how now
