For some odd reason, this app was working perfectly fine a couple of years ago. All of a sudden I can’t log in, can’t even see the news or new music. Just completely not working. Not sure what the issue is because I used to enjoy this app a lot.

Used this app for years because of how informing it was. Then all of a sudden SIX months ago, it just stopped working on the app. Like how long does it take to fix whatever’s wrong in the app? Get your stuff together hnhh.

I used to love this app but then it went down. I even reached out to their support team via email and they recommended me to use their website, which isn’t as convenient as the app itself. No give ETA on the fix/update for their app. It’s literally been almost a year.
