Dreadful App
This app either times out when I try to enter my password or tells me my username or password are not recognised despite the fact that I have a TeamUp login where I am obliged to book my HotPod classes. It is not possible to book anything via this app as it does not recognise my TeamUp login details. Waste of time and no assistance available.

The apps logs me out all the time. And they require updates so often its more off than on. What the heck ?! Get yourself devs that can plan changes ahead !
Frequent crashing
Not great at the moment. Closes without warning when selecting more info on booking timetable. Frequently logs me out.

Very annoying and unreliable app
App is Rarely Functional
Unfortunately I’m having persistent problems with this app since it was refreshed last year. I still have issues with the app timing out and logging me out of my account, forcing me to log in each time I open it. I also have been having issues with the waitlist today- I was automatically taken off the waitlist (position 3) and I’m now position 15 after having to sign up anew. I long for a time when we still had access to the old, problem-free app.

Very poor app
Tonight it won’t let me on the app after trying to reset my password twice and deleting it from my Home Screen. It doesn’t say I have any passes even though I have bought 5. Very stressful!
Terrible update
Why have they updated to an ap that functions worse than the original and also looks worse! I thought it was my phone, but can see from other reviews that this problem is across other devices - the formatting is all off. Each time I log in I have to reset my home studio. The ap is a mess. I can’t see how many credit I have left anymore. Someone needs to sort this out. Compared to the previous version this is pants. And not yoga pants!

Backwards step
This updated app after 8 months still has less functionality than the old one and a very poor user experience. The company promised much in all their update videos and delivered nothing. For a company supposedly focussed on people's well being they treat their customers and suppliers appallingly.
Keeps logging out
You will have to log in constantly as it keeps logging you out, throwing back some error. Very annoying bug.
Great Product, Poor App
I love attending Hotpod yoga but the app is seriously poor. It consistently tells me I’ve run out of passes when I haven’t and prevents me from booking on. I’ve emailed to get this fixed but am just told to ensure updates and log out and back in. All of this is already done. Unfortunately the app just seems laggy and not up to scratch

Terrible experience
The app keeps logging me out and showing error messages every now and then. It’s really irritating

I keep getting signed out of my account and now its just saying date value out of bounds. Effectively the app doesn’t work which is to say I can’t open it, check the schedule and book.
Instead it’s a minimum 15 minutes of struggle entering e mail addresses and passwords.
Occasionally for added frustration i have to correctly assign the location which keeps defaulting to another pod i used once at the other end of the country. Unusable. im sure grok could write better code.
I’m on the point of giving up yoga altogether. My hypertension is going the wrong direction. The app had one job!!
I want to sign in ONCE on my phone and the app to remember who I am, even if I don’t attend Yoga for a week or so. So RUDE.
Bring back the old app that didn’t keep signing me out. It was better in every way.

Log out issue annoying
The booking is easy, I love the addition of add to calendar and that booking now stays on the last date (I like to book multiple classes in one go), but it constantly logs me out and I can’t always get back in…
Great new app
Much prefer the new version. Clearly Hotpod listened to their users and made improvements which is great. I find the app easy to use and love my Hotpod classes.
Bring back the old update
I thought it would be a matter of getting used to the new update as it often happens with other apps, and to leave them some time to correct the errors. However, I’ve waited enough to say this update is terrible: I have to log in everytime and it doesn’t remember my details, no face ID, it’s a pain having to book a class. It’s so basic, the design, functions, and always showing errors.
