You know there’s a problem…
When professors rely on apps like hotseat in order to maintain attendance for their class. If you’re a good professor teaching a moderately difficult class, your students will show up no matter what. By utilizing hotseat for participation points you’re effectively stating that you realize without mandatory attendance your students have no reason to attend your class.

This was overall a solid experience and I did enjoy being able to text it to a number instead of having to use pal.

Can't log in
I can't log in on my phone because the connection refuses as soon as I leave the app to confirm dual-factor authentication. Works fine in browser.

The app is wonderful and a fantastic way to take attendance, why they had to add duo is beyond me..
Can’t use with new Duo Mobile Purdue log in
When I try to log into the app, it notifies the Duo Mobile to accept the log in, then when I go back to the app it fails and says connection aborted.
Needs a crash bug fix ASAP

I never asked questions in class out of fear if it was a stupid question or just being shy. This app solves the problem!
Not available to public?
My gf is an upcoming teacher and was excited about using this app in her class where all her students have iPod touches. Unfortunately, it appears that hotseat is not available to the public? Shame. Great possibility!
