Instead of making the app “free” just have a charge here instead of pushing for a monthly or yearly subscription, unless you want to pay then don’t waste 5 minutes downloading this app just to get disappointed 💔
no romanization at all please
i just got this app and have been enjoying it and love the widget aspect! however since i turned romanization off in settings, i would like to not have to select the answer for romanization during the quick review

App is not as good as some of the other alternatives out there. The app quality does not justify the subscription cost

I haven’t even gotten a chance to use this app yet cause it won’t let me skip the subscription prompt. There’s a button that says ‘no thanks’ but it’s not letting me use it? What’s the point of it being there if I can’t use it?

TOPIK Flashcards
I like how it has proper TOPIK curriculum and flashcard sets. I was also able to import my own flashcards to use with the widget and review system.

Maybe mention somewhere that this app requires a subscription. Neither the app information page or the ad that brought me here mentioned that it cost money to use.

I would appreciate this app more if a subscription wasn’t shoved in my face every 5 seconds. I can’t even use the app properly to even see if I would WANT to consider buying it in the first place. Way too money hungry.

Good app, annoying bug
This app is super helpful, especially the flash cards to go back and review the words you've learned! However, i've been having an issue for a few days and idk if it's on my end or a bug within the app. Everytime a learn a new word, the "Quick Review" section afterwards doesn't work. I can barely click the correct romanization, but I can never scroll down to click the meaning of the word without it glitching out. I attempt to scroll down, and it just bugs out and forces me to stay at the top of the section. Which was annoying at first, but now I can't even press the "submit" button because I can't scroll down to it. I hope this is eventually fixed, as it's quite an inconvenience to have to reload the app everytime I learn a new word. Otherwise I think it's great!

I've really improved my vocabulary so quickly this way! It makes learning with flashcards a lot easier every day. I like that there is spaced repeition with the widget too!

i am new to learning korean and this app is helping me so much lol its nice bc it has pronunciation and slang and how koreans actually talk if that makes sense! rlly nice!!!
solid language app is a world of slop
the vast majority of language apps are frankly garbage, this isnt. simple, not overly complicated, focuses on spaced repetition. only issue is the inability to completely disable romanization. 9/10
Forced Subscription
The app concept is great; I love the chance to learn a new Korean word every hour. I always have schoolwork to do, and the option to have words on a lock-screen widget is so convenient. It makes learning Hangul so easy and quick. I currently have the app installed and have its widget on my lock screen; however, I can’t access the app itself. After the brief tutorial, it shoves a subscription in your face which wouldn’t be that big of a deal, but when you try to exit the subscription plan screen the “No thanks” button doesn’t work. I still have the app installed and I hope you, the developers can fix this bug. I’m really interested in this app. I just don’t want to spend money on a subscription.

Really good (but one problem)
This app is really helpful at learning Hangul and vocabulary!!!
But I’m having one problem. The speaker speaks too fast for me to really get the pronunciation correct, most of the time. I’ve tried setting the speaker to “Slow” and the speed to 75%, but it doesn’t change anything. If this one thing is fixed, that would make the app amazing!
