Does not get installed even after purchasing, total scam, App Store should do something about this.

I’m sorry, but this is a watch-only app. It does not install on iPhones. The only platform it is listed as supporting is the watch. You can request a refund from Apple.
Do NOT purchase
I purchased this app for $.99 and can’t open it. It is also not installed on my phone. I have an iPhone. This is a rip off.

I’m sorry, but I cannot control if the app installs. Sounds like it could be an issue with the App Store, in which case you would need to contact Apple support. I suggest trying to install from the mini App Store on your watch and see if that works.
