The logging from Airbnb is an amazing feature, it automatically suggests/logs activities from bookings - cleaning, communication so you don’t forget logging and keep accurate participation logs. Calendar sync and receipt scan are other good features I use a lot.

I have been working on my several rental properties, keeping things itemized has always been a problem for me. This thing automatically keeps track of everything, all expenses, meetings, keeps record of everything which helps me crate itemized receipts for tax purposes. This is awesome!!
