Useless app
•Been showing me the same 3 properties for over a year.
•Search doesn’t work
•You can’t delete messages
•Viewing a property in external browser goes to an error page

Useless app
It is a rubbish app. Can’t see photos properly. There a lot of adverts. When uploading photos just does the other way around. It is not easy to navigate. Keeps crashing! Not user friendly! Cheap app costing taxpayers fortune like always does.
Not working
This app is not functional. I have to log in via website on chrome. It constantly says I have had 0 views and won’t show matches
Absolutely pointless
Devs are dicks. Ancient adverts, no pics, no descriptions, no point to this app. Obviously the people that make and manage this app don’t appreciate other peoples need for this app. I’m hoping a wee email to the SPSO is the answer as this app, like the devs, will an absolutely useless. Changed my password and lost my profile. If only I could meet a dev in a dark alley.

Works ok but needs improving
The app works ok and lets you view properties and message other people. But has an issue with the photos. When you open a photo, it’s very difficult to close despite the X button being massive. You should also be able to swipe left or right to see the rest of the photos without having to fight the X button to close and open another one.

And you can not log into the website tells me to create new account,
App won’t let me reset password says error because apparently my details are wrong which they are not, this app or website could be really great for the 5 minutes yesterday it let me log in. Please sort it out. These issues have clearly been there a long time by reading previous reviews.🤔 why make home swapping incredibly difficult?

Works great! Good luck to everyone in their search.
So far so good, I completed my registration on the website and everything was approved, and then I came and downloaded the app and logged in, and everything seems to be working perfectly, I just really hope I can find a mutual exchange/Swap to Brighton from London soon.
Horrible no offence
My mum wanted to register in the house exchange but when she try to put her information and the pressed a button that says save and continue but led to a page saying it can’t be reached
Lack of support
I used this site / App years ago and it worked really well with no issues. Now the search function doesn’t work. You can only see the first page and nothing else. It’s very frustrating as it’s or at least was a great way to see exchanges.
Can’t register
Tried to finish registration but the ‘save and continue’ button doesn’t work so can only log in cant do anything else.

The app is ok. I can’t view any photos not even on my own advert. Nor am I able to search within a post code area I have to log into the website on a browser to do this.
Deleted the app then reinstalled to see if this helped but it did not. When I click on app support I am taken to a 101 website??!!
Hopefully the app owners will read this review and update the app. For now I have deleted the app and will have to use a browser to search.

Can’t get past login
This app doesn’t let me in!! I puttthe correct password and login but just says side server error whatever that is!!! Useless
Cannot access website or app
I’ve been trying for the last few days to access the website and the app and all I’m getting is a blank page and the app just gives an internal error message. As I can’t access anywhere to report it I thought I’d leave a comment here. Also I would like to check my subscription as I had paid for the service and want to check I’m not still paying for something I can no longer access. Thank you

Not working at all
Very disappointed. Useless app. Can’t do anything on it. Error shows all the time whatever I'm trying to open or do.
Not worry the download
The app worked well for a few months now it has glitched and my photos have disappeared… I’m unable to respond to messages as it states error… I’ve deleted the app and re added and I still have the same problem… very annoying when trying to communicate with a potential swapper 😤
What’s going on
I keep getting a error the apps playing up deleted etc and the website also acts up on me not allowing me to sign in , trying to contact someone is a joke no contact details ???
Don’t work
Keep getting error messages and nothing is working properly. If it’s recently hand an upgrade then it’s stuffed it. Needs massive fixing asap.
