This app is absolutely horrible. The rehab costs are never correct. Don't know arithmetic? Really? The worst five dollars I've ever spent

Been using it for a week and I am very happy with it. The developer is very responsive to suggestions. It makes it easer to evaluate potential investments on the spot!

Frustrated
It wants you to fill out data but won't always scroll down so you can access the data. It hides behind the keyboard.

This is one my new favorite apps. I have been flipping houses for a few years now and I wish I would of had this app back when I started. It's loaded with tons of great features that make the whole process a lot easier and less stressful. I recommend this app to all.
