Isn’t even a spreadsheet
From what I can tell this so called app which people say is no more than a spreadsheet, isn’t even a spreadsheet. All it does is provides a very basic calculator and if you try to access anything additional it takes you back to iTunes to buy more apps. Worst $2.00 you’ll ever spend
Horrible Waste of Money
This is a horrible "app". It's basically a spreadsheet that you email to yourself for use and cannot input anything into it from the app. This is an incredible waste of $1.99 as your purchase is just a spreadsheet template you can get online for free. Good for these developers... they got one over in me.

Our app is a very detailed spreadsheet, its cross formulated to calculate everything for you, we pre-filled it with over 200 repair items, buy, sell and holding costs, financing calculators including interest only financing, holding time, and all the costs for purchasing and selling your flip. We're sorry you didn't find it a value to your home flipping business.

House flipping spreadsheet is very detailed and have all aspects of scope of work that could be done in a house . It has financials and all . Very helpfull spreadsheet . The developers really thought every aspect of house flipping . GREAT JOB !

Great Excel spreadsheet
You need to press the "Send" button and the app will attach the Excel spreadsheet in an email. Then open on your computer. It's very detailed for flipping property. Best real estate tool I've seen in a while. Thank you so much for making this app!!
Waste of money
Doesn't do what it is meant to do.
Piece of crap
I had to give it 1 star, if I could I would have given it 0. It does one calculation that you could do in your head. No mention that you need other Apps to do the other things it mentions. Can't believe apple approved this piece of crap. What a waste of money.
