Weak for a pay app
I bought it to use the maintenance tracking feature. Pain to use because it makes you double click the cell to get the iOS keyboard and at the same time adds an entry. The maintenance tracker appears to be a simple Excel or Numbers style spreadsheet without the ability to enter the completion date and have it automatically calculate the next due, you need to go enter that. Building a simple spreadsheet to do the same would take about ten minutes on any computer.
As for the rest of the app, not tested since I bought for the sole purpose of a useful maintenance tracking app.

Not what was expected
This app is undeveloped, simple and aggravatingly slow. Save your buck.
Great but needs extra details
I like to keep all monetary budgeting and spending for the household all in one place. This app is great for that, and it allows me to organize house related tasks as well. The budget section is easy to use. The monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance reminder is superb.
I would, however, love a bit more detail in the "Historical Maintenance Cost" tab. There are currently two columns: date and total maintenance cost. Consider adding a third and fourth column here for vendor (or contact) and service provided or project type.
