Lovely graphics
Enjoyed this game and gave it four stars . Would of put five but I found some of the collectibles a little hard to find with my poor eyesight 👀!
Glitches
I would have given the game 4 or 5 stars but for the glitches. I couldn’t hear what the characters were saying over the music. It was difficult to pick up or place objects and a number of times the only way to do this was by using the hint button and then it would work. The biggest problem was not being able to collect one of the handles in the robot world and I had to restart the game.
On the plus side I enjoyed the graphics and storyline. 👍

i have shut down, restarted, etc, but the game cannot be played beyond this point. i cannot give the steering wheel to the mime. waste of time, waste of money.
Glitches
Glitches where I can’t pick up the green valve. Can’t go any farther.

Sale of original version of game with glitches
How can you put on sale in 2018 the original version of a game showing no updates to correct all of the glitches people complained about. Shame on the new owners I've heard Big Fish has!
Can’t unlock full game
Game was on sale and you couldn’t purchase the full game from in game or from the big fish app. What I can play is fun. Too bad I can’t give you my money and play the rest!

Lexconner, I had the same problem. I tried to purchase the game but it won’t let me. Really a shame because I really like this series and this is the only one I haven’t played.

Game dies when you start bonus chapter :-(
I am so disappointed by the review that I have to give this game. The main part was absolutely fabulous. The storyline was engaging, the graphics were beautiful, the minigames were just the right amount of challenging, and the HOPs were refreshingly diverse. I was prepared to leave a five star rating.
I started the bonus chapter then took a short break. When I tried to log back on, I saw a quick glimpse of the game title screen, then the blue Big Fish logo appeared...and stayed. Forever. I tried to reopen the game several times, but to no avail. Not only was I prevented from finishing the bonus chapter, but I couldn't play the main game or reach any of the extra content.
With such a major glitch, perhaps I should rank this even lower. However, it's possible that the bug was due to my specific hardware (iPad Air 2) and the game runs fine on older devices. Thus, I am only going to drop my rating from 5 to 3 stars.

Good to have a great game that makes you think!
One word--Awesome!
While I did experience a few hiccups such as not being able to grab an object or the game not responding to my touch, it seemed to be related to the touch screen environment, not actual game flaws. The story was great, very engaging and easy to suspend disbelief. The puzzles were unique and varied. The game is long and involved. I like it as well as the other House of 1000 Doors (Serpent) and I really hope they produce another in the series.

I played the trial version, then when prompted I purchased the full version. I was charged double for the game, because the sign in screen repeatedly appeared and I must have pressed the button twice. I don't think that was fair, it really needs to be fixed.
The game itself is really good, however the bonus section has not much to do with the original game. I also thought it was too short for the amount I paid. I must say though, I really like Big Fish Games, and always have.

Uh, what's that sound?
Not great so far but I will try it for a bit longer. The ambient sound effects are weird. I swear they recorded it while doing laundry! You know that noise jeans make in the dryer? That sound ...... and no, there's no dryer in the story. Just got to the part where they want me to pay for the rest. Not going to do it. Just so many better games out there. This one is clumsy.
