Log In Faulty

Log in asked for a phone number and they send an OTP code to that number to verify you. Well you can’t change the area code for your country, it’s defaulted to India’s code! So because I couldn’t log in, I couldn’t add the discounts on my account to the order. Not a happy customer!

Rewards section fails to load

I am writing to provide feedback on the application. While the interface is easy to navigate and the payment gateway functions smoothly, I am experiencing an issue with the rewards tab.

The rewards section fails to load and remains stuck in loading mode. As a result, I am unable to view or redeem my points through the app.

Could you please look into this issue?

Worst Ever shopping experience.

I ordered two Kurtis worth 4K from HOC. The product received was below of average quality due to which I raised a return request with HOC. The request was logged and the parcel got picked up however the money never got credited to my account. When I tried reaching out to HOC , their phone was either busy or they were not responding to my calls/ messages.
It’s better to shop using Myntra and other renowned e commerce platforms but HOC. I would never recommend this to anyone, not in this lifetime.

Return not visible in IPhone aap

Unable to see return/exchange details in the application. It takes to browser and ask to download app from play store(google)

Shrinking size chart

This is the first brand I’ve seen that has become less size inclusive over the years. Quite unfortunate.

Such a waste

They never respond back to your email or anything
I bought a kurta returned if and still waiting for the refund they did not replied to my mail even once after the pick up til date … i have no clue how and when the refund be done … i wasted my money here … the quality is not so good … in 3000rs i could have got a better thing in Lucknow itself…. Unnecessarily high prices plus

No refund

Be careful while purchasing something from this website. They won’t give the refund for almost a month even if it’s size issue. Not recommended as they don’t have any customer care facility except mails. So you can’t help yourself much in getting back the refund
