I have tried to get in touch by email and by phone several times this app has been down for the last five months giving out false formulas. I have use this app before this problem and it worked great. I don’t know why it’s not updated and if you try to put in a formula, it comes out completely wrong. Beware.!!! if you want a natural look, the formula will give you a formula for a matte, dark color for instants, a natural level 8–0 on a level six they tell you to mix up 7–42!!! what the heck is going on can someone finally answer?

Basic app that hasn’t been working recently
This app hasn’t worked right since the latest update, every tone direction I choose is way off, like I choose chocolate on a level 5 base and I’m shown ashy shades with a -21. I also don’t see a use for this app, unless someone has no knowledge about hair coloring with schwartzgopf or the color wheel and even then, there’s not a whole lot you can do with formulas using the color wheel, like no option to cancel out unwanted undertones.
