Online homepage better than the app

If you need an app for services or contractors I’m sure this is great. But I got it hoping all the home info I put online would be available on the app. It is not — service reminders, home specifications, etc are only available to view online.

Very Convenient!

I submitted a request for roof and eave cleaning (on a Sunday) via the app and it was a very smooth process. A Concierge got back to me the next day and the service was completed within a few days!!! I loved being able to book these services through the app—made it super easy for me.
