Great game long way to go

Apart from some bugs I’ve been absolutely hooked. Make late game more comprehensive. And change the progression of tours and such between cities. There is so much room. Since I’ve played for long the hammer cost aren’t too concerning but I can imagine new players getting deterred. And scale clan rewards up better. Also scale hammer production with properties better in cities like Montreal luxury homes at the bottom price for 700 k are the best value etc while Toronto is horrible to keep properties so reward people for getting billionaire level homes.

Amazing Game!!

A little slow at first, but once you get into it, it’s super fun and interesting, especially if you find interest in houses

In app purchases are a scam!!

I bought the $7.99 pack for renovation hammers with my Apple Pay. But after it went through, both my Apple Pay and bank sent immediate notifications that I was charged for $48. Literally what the heck?? What kinda scam is that? Don’t make any purchases unless you want to be charged for way more than you’re told.

Renovating

This game is fun & addicting! I feel as though I get to scroll through Zillow looking and saving my favorite houses (who doesn’t do this?!) - but now I am able to renovate the rooms that need some help! The reno option is great and they have a thumbs up/down option afterwards so you can let the artist team know if they need to improve or if it’s popular! I’m still learning all the different reno types! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went downhill

Used to be my favorite game, I love the concept. Lately they’ve added a lot of new features which make it more fun but the fundamentals of the game are actually getting so bad. It takes even longer than before to get hearts despite that being something people complained about regularly (I knew multiple people who quit playing the game for this reason) and lately they’ve made the tours even harder, if you’ve gotten up on your tasks it’s pretty much impossible when it says to get 97% on 10 different tours.

Too much AI

Love the concept. Hate that when it’s time to design and you pick your design elements they are mashed together in the worst possible way. I don’t think anyone wants a room filled with pumpkins just because they picked a certain style or the color orange. It’s fun and it’s a nice time waster, I even paid for PRO but dang, the AI is awful.

not working

didn’t even get a chance to play or even sign up. won’t load.

Just a vibe coded AI-filled game

You buy an apartment in NYC.

You renovate it.

The AI changes the picture of your living room and all of a sudden your high rise apartment is in a forest.

$200,000 profit.

Repeat.

Too many bugs

Completely inaccurate regarding accuracy. Try to input one thing and it does something else. 0 stars!!

Surprisingly fun

I found this game from an instagram advertisement and it’s exactly like the ads unlike other apps. It’s actually a very fun game, real houses, fun game concept guessing prices of the houses in different ways. They have daily challenges you can enter for rewards, overall a very well put together game. Only thing I wish they had is more locations to choose from but I know they are working on it so I shall wait patiently! 😁

Fun, but…

This game is so fun! I love all aspects of it. The only complaint that I have is the amount of time you have to wait for the hammers to refill, as well as the cost of them going up each time you renovate. I feel like that just isn’t super realistic. I understand trying to get people to buy the subscription but I think it’s just driving people away if anything else.

Almost Perfect

I just got this game yesterday and I’m already obsessed. The concept is awesome and I love that it uses real listings. But man, earning hammers without having to outright purchase them takes WAY too long, especially given how many hammers it takes to do so many different tasks. I’ve read reviews from the last few months that complain about the same thing and it seems that issue still hasn’t been addressed, unfortunately. That will be the main thing that will keep me from playing because I’ve already spent a little money on the game but I won’t continue to do so. If that issue is fixed, the game will be SO awesome.

Way too expensive for a game

Super fun and cool concept however society can barely afford their income as it is and these game costs are getting out of hand. Absolutely ridiculous to think it’s cool to charge that much. Deleted the app hopefully that changes !

To the response I got from the developer. You can only play free up to a point ! You will have to wait 9 hours to get play credits again. You have to wait 3 hours to speed up you run out of hammers after one renovation because you only earn 20 but it costs 200 to do something. Your customer base isn’t people with money to blow on games. You want people to play ? Make it logical. Instead of getting defensive take positive criticism as an opportunity to meet your players at their level.

Response from developer

super fair - and you can actually play free: the houses you own generate free hammers every couple hours, plus optional ads to speed up (never forced). we're also working on making it more generous. would love for you to give it another shot - ankith@closingtheory.com

Fun game, if you spend money

The game is fun for the first 10 minutes until you cannot do anything without hitting a paywall. Even if you buy the 40 dollar per year for “infinite hearts” you still can’t progress in the game at an entertaining rate. After waiting 48 hours to get enough “hammers” to do one singular thing, you now need to wait multiple more hours while it completes the action. Great game if you want to pay 40 dollars to guess the prices of houses

I’m Hooked!

I downloaded the app and have now been playing for almost an hour. It’s so fun, I love real estate, and there’s always something to do!

Addicting

This game is super cool and addicting!!!

Actually fun!

I really like this game, there’s no forced ads. I just wish there was an easier way to get more hammers! Other than that, it’s a great game.

Renovation time

I wish I didn’t have to wait so long on waiting for the renovation

Fun!

Best game out there!

Reno

This is great! Very fun! Just wish I could do more without the long waits
