New app terrible
The new app wastes space top and bottom. Eedition not available was the start of this mess.
Somewhat lacking and left leaning
Even though most newspapers are and have always been somewhat liberal, the Chronicle seems a little more than others. However, it seems they are becoming a little more balanced, even though the present administration gives them much ammunition to not be. Would like to see more international and national news reported beyond local Houston metroplex. A return to more cooking suggestions/recipes and gardening articles more than just once a week would be welcomed.

Terrible app
Not worth it. You are constantly challenged to log in. App is unusable.
Appreciative reader
Keep up the good work!
Boo
The new format erases the look of reading an actual newspaper….not as convenient either
Poor service
Cannot cancel in app
Biased Reporting Continues
I am amazed at the bias and unfair reporting particularly of political related articles. It really makes the Chronicle look like a joke.
New version is a step backward
Expanding the e edition blurs the content, so you have to select the specific item in order to keep it crisp. Previous version allowed expanding the page while retaining clarity
Great Houston News
Great articles that are spot on for Houston!
Too left leaning
I enjoy reading the local newspaper but it has become too left leaning. They need to report the news without their left winged views. In addition they need to quit having their opinion articles on the front page. Those belong in that designated section.
Liberal propaganda
This rag first and for most promotes racism and hate! It pushes a leftist narrative and lies to its readers. As a customer of over 40 years, I have seen the shift from reporting the news factually, to now reporting it in a very heavy slant to the left. The editors, especially, should be removed. Then remove the racist columnist!!!

False info
Knowingly political agenda news written articles. This is the news not time for personal politics.
I like it
Great, convenient source of news.
Support Local Journalism

Excellent
Enjoy the coverage, especially Sports and Kirk Bohls
Hard to navigate
Awful app very hard to navigate
Houston Chronicle
My in-laws took the Houston Chronicle when delivery to Trinity, Texas began. My mother-in-law was still reading it at 100. When we moved there, we began taking it. A few weeks ago, management decided not to deliver it to Trinity anymore. Some days I get three or four at a time. Other days I get nothing. As a journalism major, I like fresh news and to pick up a newspaper and read it. I'm sorry that you decided to discriminate against Trinity.

Houston Chronicle
I am disgusted by the obviously one sided liberal agenda in the reporting. The Chronicle has lost any sense of fair reporting that the media was known for in the past. I’m very close to canceling my subscription. As soon as I find a good source of sports information I will probably do so.
Hearst monopoly
Since Hearst owns almost every major newspaper in Texas they seem to want to use column inches to fill us in on out of Houston issues that don’t concern lots of fellow readers. Sports is especially true and they even go so far as large stories about the basketball Warriors. Who really cares about them? If you weren’t the only paper in Houston you wouldn’t have this subscriber.

Enjoying my paper
Now that the paper has gotten smaller, I can get through it in an hour, including the comics. There are subjects not seen on TV especially the columnists
