App doesn’t work
The app will not let me create an account. It keeps giving me an error message. I deleted and reinstalled the app with no success so I will delete it.
Digital holds don’t show
App doesn’t show digital holds waiting. Still have to use the main website. What’s the point of the app then if I can’t see and retrieve my digital holds.
This is amazing
I love having all these ebooks available while home or traveling! I only wish that when an ebook that you had on hold becomes available the checkout button worked. I have to cancel the hold and hope there isn’t anyone on hold in line behind me. Otherwise I have to wait on hold all over again
Not Re-Launched
I got an email saying this app has been “re-launched,” but it seems to be the same app as before, complete with the inability to sign in.

I've successfully used libby for a while but this Houston public library app is terrible. it's asked me to login twice and I found an audiobook and it tells me it's ready in the libby app -- but I can't find it...it says it's also available in hoopla-- but I can't find it. It says I can listen thru a browser -- if I login again -- and for the login process, it asks for a pin, but it really means a password. Too much mess -- deleting the app.
