Very bothersome when I book appointments and the stylist/therapist comes very very early. Often, I have other plans prior to scheduling appointments and it makes me anxious if they come 1-2 hours before time I requested.

Top notch service

Great app, superb customer support. It’s really top notch and premium quality. They’ve really nailed the entire experience from start to finish, whether it’s on the app or offline in person with the stylists/therapists. Pricing is a bit on the higher side compared to other apps out there but the quality of service delivered is definitely higher. And the promos make up for the high prices for now.
Also, the design of the app is amazing. It’s super easy to use, simple and clean.

Hopeless service

I have tried a few times to book a service though this app and there is never anything available , even when trying 2 days in advanced , then I end up with a whatsapp message from this service saying they can help get a person to provide the service . Will be removing this app and won't be using this service

Very convenient and affordable

Being a foreigner, I can say this app and the service it delivers is AMAZING!
I love the convenience, I love how easy it is to use and navigate around the app, and I love how Salon offers their services at very reasonable prices at no substitute of convenience & quality. So far I can say the staff has been very friendly. Additionally, the staff knows what they're doing and they're very professional.
I HIGHLY recommend this app for anyone who wants someone to come over to where you are (be it your house or your office etc) to pamper/beautify yourself.
