Respected company on decline
Chads Design Build of Madison who took $24,500 of our money and did not provide us with a design.
Their designer for the floor plans, Maryam, was inexperienced, not creative, could not use their software, unable to read the architectural designs we brought initially, and not knowledgeable about building codes. Chad did not see any problem with her numerous errors: leaving out the radiator system, spelling our name wrong, putting other people’s names and addresses on our designs, not making changes we requested in her each successive and last draft she gave us (after six months). We kept asking her to provide options for the length of treads and risers on the relocated stairwell, or to suggest new locations for the stairs so we didn’t lose a whole room. She did not know building codes for ceiling heights above stairs, not knowing how to use software to show us alternatives, and not responding to our requests to map radiators and pipes so we could come up with a design to avoid having to move them.
Incompetent, sloppy, and not standing behind their work. They should have refunded at least $15k.

Great idea
Missed being on Houzz, great idea, open eyes to so many options, just loving it
過去の情報漏洩のせいで、今でも迷惑メールや詐欺被害に悩まされています
このアプリの過去のデータ流出事件が原因で、私のメールアドレスや個人情報が外部に漏れてしまい、今でも自分の予約情報などが筒抜けになった巧妙な詐欺・迷惑メールが届くなど、日常生活に実害とストレスを受け続けています。プラットフォームとしてのセキュリティ管理が甘かった代償を、長期間経ってからもユーザーがこういう形で背負わされるのは本当に納得がいきません。個人情報の管理とセキュリティ対策を根本から見直してほしいです。

Love App would like a couple of the old features back
Spam
Signed up on the app. It made me add my contact info. Now I’m getting spam calls and texts from dozens of numbers ever 30 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous
Can’t upload pictures
We are building a house and putting our wishes in Houzz app. When we first installed it, we could upload pictures via the app by using the little camera button. I think Apple did an upgrade and suddenly that icon disappeared. My husband got to use the camera icon on his phone about two weeks longer than me but now for months it’s been gone. Houzz’s answer is use their website. My question is then, why have an app? Please fix this as soon as possible. It’s such a needed feature and it’s gone.

The most miserable company
In my opinion, the company’s main goal is to get your credit card information. After that, I experienced repeated issues with their customer service that made the entire experience extremely frustrating.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. It was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

Be carefully with ads for your business
The ads did not work at all
Also got tricked by the representative into a full year contract after I payed to try for a month.. very sneaky,, total salesman just tricked me

I’ve used this app for about a decade. Thank you Houzz
Fraudulent GC stole $47k
This app does not vet contractors. A fraudster without a license stole $47k from me after finishing half the project, not to code, and then bailing. Do not use contractors on Houzz. Houzz offered me no help when I presented this problem to them.

I love Houzz. I appreciate all the beautiful ideas it gives me. I miss and greatly disappointed that we can no longer shop.
Doesn’t work
Won’t let me even create a user. I put in the information to create a username and password and nothing happens. Tried uninstalling and installing again. Nothing changes
Wasted money
Limited choices… The assistant continually does not understand instructions or make changes.. Wasted my money purchasing this app..

needed to sketch out a small project and this app seemed good for inspo and sketching a layout. had i known i was immediately going to have my inbox spammed daily i would have passed. horrible. deleted account and uninstalled.

The app never lets you sign in and you cannot use it without signing in. No point to download
Disappointed
Not what it says. I downloaded it and can’t do anything with it except find contractors. Not a home design AI app at all.
