We're sorry that you're not satisfied with the app. We're continuously working on improvements to both specific functionality and overall user experiencing. Regarding battery indication, we recently made the tough choice to temporarily disable the function, as we discovered that the calculations sent to the app were inconsistent with the once made directly on the device – indicated by the Back LED when short pressing the Function button). We apologise for the inconvenience and are working on a solution to bring the feature back in an upcoming update.
Surprisingly limited app
- I guess I can only be logged on with 1 device at a time - iPhone or iPad.
- there is no cumulative information on my trips that I can find.
- only one leg of a trip is captured as I can see, meaning that when I stop somewhere and remove the helmet on my return trip the previous one is now gone.
- just noticed my trips in the last month were not captured as I didn’t check the app each time I biked ( I hope that it is not necessary to log on every time and that the helmet still functions without logging on)

Hi outstanding apo, thank you for your review. We're sorry about the long lead time. You can only be logged in to a single device at any time (your Hövding can also only be connected to one device at a time). If you log into the app on a second device, you'll be disconnected from the other. The app currently shows stats for your latest trip, your longest trip and your all time cumulative (tap the 'bicycle' in the menu bar and then 'You' at the top of the screen) . For your trips to be registered your Hövding must be connected to a device with cellular connection. You also need to be logged into Hövding App on that device, and the app must be running in the background (or on screen). Hövding's airbag system works independently from the app. Your Hövding will always protect you when activated, with or without the app. Ride safe!
Just downloaded, will update..
_Update_ After actual use of app, it seems to lack a visual trip summary (like electric scooter can provide). Developers, please fix this! I will have to see if I can download a running app that can document my trips.

I love the ‘emergency contact’ feature, which is is why i gave it 2 stars, & haven’t deleted it.
