My hoverboard exploded randomly.
This is not a lie I had if I’m correct the helix or the ranger model I had it for 2 years, But today at a random night my parents aka my mom heard a random “BANG” she thought it was somebody breaking in the garage but when she went to check she saw smoke. Fast forward she called me and what I saw was the garage filled with smoke and the hoverboard was outside in the grass, luckily the grass was moist since it rained earlier but all I saw was my hoverboard exploding and smoke coming out of it. My dad poured water over it and then it finally stopped. DO NOT BUY ANY TYPE OF HOVERBOARD ESPECIALLY FROM THIS COMPANY

Disappointed
I got this app so I cloud connect it to my hover board but apparently the kind I have (I have the all-star) just is not on the app even though google said it was hover 1 tall should add the all star on the app

Why when I turn on Bluetooth on this app then I turn on my hoverboard it doesn’t pop up on my screen…

It didn’t let me connect my all-star 2.0 to it so I would say 2 stars because it was still great on the other stuff.
Horrible
I got the app and it didn’t work I try to connect it connected for 10 seconds and it literally broke it now every time I try to get on it I turn it on and it tilts forward so I can’t get on it without falling forward

The app won’t let me connect my hover board. I’m think that mine is the upgraded version. Idk. Mine is the hover-1 ranger+. It just won’t connect. I tarted another app, I’m starting to think it’s my hover board. The app won’t connect to my hover board.

I just got my Simate hoverboard and it’s awesome. I’m still getting used to it, but then again I’m bad at balancing and can’t make the rash assumptions that other people make on their reviews. Here are my pros:
1. It has LEDs, Bluetooth, and GPS connectivity
2. It has a beginner mode
3. It has a very nice layout that is kid and adult friendly
Here are my cons:
1. When I first got the app, it made me do some thing to sign in, then it asked me for a verification code. What is the verification code for?? 🤔 Then I typed in my dad’s phone number, then I pushed send, which I assumed would send something to help the app to my dad. Did not work. I was on WiFi, had good internet connection, and was not on cellular service. I restarted the app and tried again. No progress.
2. When I finally pushed skip, I found that my hoverboard model was not an option on the screen, even after it was one of the top recommended app for my model.
3. The hoverboard itself is too sensitive. Even the beginner mode felt the same as the standard mode. It’s too jerky, and it sometimes stops suddenly. I kinda found that out as I face planted onto my driveway. Not. Fun. At. All.
My only suggestion is that you include more Hover-1 models, skip the long boring process to sign in or make it more kid friendly, and improve your hoverboard experience by helping the jerkiness of the board itself.
If you’re reading this because you want one, believe me, you don’t. Trust another app. The hoverboard is exceptional. I’m just bad at everything so that’s why I’m complaining. Then you might have a better experience. Please fix this weird issue.

App not working
The app can identify the hoverboard. And it won’t let me login to the account.
What’s wrong with this app?
Every time I want to make an account it doesn’t let me. I’ll fill out the information and send a code to verify, then click continue after everything’s been done. It constantly just says error, after filling out everything correctly. I’ve been trying to talk to someone but there’s just absolutely no working phone number that isn’t automated. I just would like to use the hoverboards features 😭

Hello! this app keeps saying my battery is at 100 percent after 60 or less minutes when charging, the manual on my hover-1 titan says that when the charger light is green, its fully charged (100%) but the charger light is red. I don’t think this is a problem with my hoverboard, I think it’s the app, Overall, This is a pretty good app, just please fix the battery thing, Thanks!
