Apple only does widgets now and this isn't supported.
Perfect app for new puppy!
After getting tired of trying to keep up with how many weeks or months our new puppy is, I thought there “has to be an app for that.” The App Store search used was exactly the name of the app—perfect naming! It is easy to use, let me put picture of puppy. For only $0.99 (one time), I now have all 3 dogs.

Don’t install - Scam!!!
This is not a widget as it claims to be, you have to pay to add more than one item only to find out it doesn’t work.

HiI'm sorry to hear you are having problems with the app! It seems like something is not working with unlocking the full app. I will look into this problem. Do you think you could send me an email and tell me what's not working, which iOS version you are using, and any other information that could help me to identify the problem? It's the developer account firstname.lastname at gmail.com, or you could find it under the support url. A workaround you can try is to remove the app, re-install it and try the "restore purchase" button. Again, sorry for the bug. I will look into fixing it asap! Cheers Sebastian
