Best in Hudson
I was thinking of moving to Hudson and found Sara she was very prompt returning my calls ! She explained that not many houses we available now in Hudson and mentioned that she would keep me posted on future properties in surrounding areas. Thanks again Sara im sure we will find something soon 5 star realtor !!!

Does not work!!
This app does not work at all.. it’s not showing me pictures of the houses or pricing that I’ve selected in my filter.. just says “N/A” what is going on
Slow and buggy
The app is very slow and has bugs. The most annoying bugs are photos not loading, and/or photos start to load but then hang.
The example bugs occur while on WiFi (300MB download/50MB upload), or on 5G mobile on my iphone12.
Given the app’s poor performance, I will be using another app/provider for my home searches.

Waste of time ap
Cannot even see properties until you register to be hounded by marketing you don’t want to hear from
No photos
The majority of the listings I click on say “no photos”. When I open the listing, I can see the photo count (implying there are photos), but when I click on the photos, the arrows just keep spinning on the page, and eventually time. I’ve updated the app, and deleted it & reloaded it to no avail.
Worthless
The absolute worst app ever for real estate searches. No information. A waste of electricity.

This is a very good app just one or two things it’s not stupid or a piece of crap but it’s saying no photos when the house says for sale and active and that’s a little crappy to me and when 1240 jaske drive it’s sold for 218,000 on Zillow and on Howard Hanna it says for sale and active and that should say sold for 218,000$ and its saying for sale and active and should say sold for 218,000$ and that’s wrong. feeling: 🤔confused

Use anyone else and send the listing to your agent
The updated version is somehow worse than the previous, if I could put negative stars I would. Can’t log in, hardly recognizes search parameters, won’t load, shuts down or freezes mid search most times. I’m using A howard hannah agent, the best thing I’ve figured out is use Zillow or remax and send those listings to my agent. Completely awful in every way

Difficult
App had a recent update which has caused it to be hit or miss if houses load within search parameters. There are houses in inventory as i cross reference other websites, but app will say search yielded no results. Off an on whether my search options will stick or go back to default when i exit app and go back in. Features’ functionality is subpar especially when searching new houses added to the market. I should be able to filter to my criteria from said feature. Have noticed other websites have new homes posted hours before they're added to the app. Not always reliable to get the most recent information. Please add feature to calculate mortgage payment.

Too many errors
This apps functionality is really limited. Too many errors and glitches.
Not a dependable app with IOS 15.
App quite working after 2 days. It would not load any information. It started working again, as before, but for how long?
Fix glitches
When opening a property to view pictures; the back button fails to work almost every time. This forces users to back out of the app, reapply filters, and find the property all over again. Also, the filter for active/pending houses does not work. Everything is pending now-a-days, which is why this filter is also crucial to fix.

Not working for me
After launching, it says I have to read and accept the terms and whatnot to use the app, however clicking on “view terms of use” doesn’t do anything for me.

App is broken
I just downloaded this app. When I open it up, it prompts me to review the terms of use before using the app. The problem is, tapping the “view terms of use” button does absolutely nothing. Completely broken and unusable in its current state, at least for new users who need to review the terms of use before being able to access the app.

Nothing happens
When you try to accept agreement, it says sites unsecure and nothing. You have no other options.
Junk
I'm helping a buyer of $500k commercial property and trying to use this app, complete garbage. Unable to refine ("no listings found" when I haven't even specified where), draw on the map then filter, permanent whirly wheel with no results, etc etc. Clearly the developers haven't tested this app. If you just want to open the app and look for a house near you, probably works ok. But use Zillow for that, includes for sale by owner.
