Loving the new update! Easy to navigate to all my information. Highly recommend!
Error with user name or password
For years I have had no issues logging in . Recently downloaded the app because the website keeps giving a long in error. I can only log in by doing a forgot password. Once I’m in and log back out after saving log info, it again gives a log in error. I then tried the app, well I can’t even log into that. The forgot password doesn’t even work. Help!!!

Malfunctions
The app takes too long to load. Even after I’ve updated the app.
No 457 info
Have payroll and 457 with Simon; can only view paychecks. Would like to see it all on one app

Very basic
The menu is not very responsive to touch, and overall everything is quite slow. It feels like it was rushed out the door, as an afterthought.
It’s basically just paycheck history. Which is something I very rarely need to see. I was hoping for a 401k view. It all just seems unnecessary to me.
