OMG this game is so good and so much fun 🤩 I can’t believe this is even a thing I love it so much. It’s the best game in the whole world. Also there is one tiny thing. It’s so fun that sometime that’s about it but this is I recommend this for three-year-olds that’s how good it is. I love it so much.

Great nostalgic game
I played this game a bunch as a kid and came back to it recently. I love that there’s an app now and the ui is so similar between the app and the browser. However it does miss out on some browser features that are very useful like BLUP breakdown when you hover over the bar.
There is an issue with freezing hence only four stars. I have noticed on iPhones if you accidentally pull the lock screen down when playing, the app will freeze and needs restarting. A minor nitpick but it gets annoying haha.
But apart from that, I love it and am happy to be back in the Howrse community 🐴

Some inconvenient functionality
I’m a returning player who came back after I found out about the mobile app. It appealed to me due to the convenience compared to PC. With the landscape / horizontal-view, it’s not convenient or efficient for me to play as much as I want on a smartphone. I find it awkward to play while on-the-go because you need both hands rather than one. Additionally, my hands and fingers are becoming stiff and sore due to having to hold my phone differently to play, especially since my phone is too big for my thumbs to tap anything closer to the center of the screen so I need to readjust my grip. For the company itself, it means losing money because I am less productive playing; therefore, I am not buying passes as often.
Another complaint I have is that I am constantly having to log into my account every 2-4 times I open the app. It’s pretty annoying needing to type on a keyboard for a click-based game.
Some improvements I would like to see would be to make the different pages (like Today, Breeding Farm, Equestrian Center, Trade, etc.) easier to access because I’m not a fan of having to 1. Scroll up, 2. Open the Menu, 3. Select the Category, 4. Select the specific Page. Instead, I would prefer to see all of the page options (Office, Horses, Competition Results, Management, Boxes, Meadows, etc.) on one screen/view; therefore, save a click by skipping step #3. Another minor improvement for me would be returning to the previous page with the same search/filters applied. For example, when I search for a horse with the same name, I have to re-enter the same name if I want to view different horses with the same name.
These are my only complaints and preferences. The game runs smoothly otherwise. I really appreciate the devs being active and present for us. :)

😭😭 please read
Ok so I used to play all the time but I took a break afterwards but! Now every time I try to play again it won’t let me in it it says something like failed to play or something like that and I love the game but I can’t play anymore please fix this!
Formatting Issue
The buttons and text on this game are way too small. It would be easier to use if some of the data on-screen was condensed and formatted for phone gameplay.
The most boring horse game ever
The tutorial is way to long and I want to see and play the competitions and other stuff not just press buttons
New UI is not playable
Gave the new update a chance but I hate it. I’ve returned to this game many times before with new accounts after inactivity on previous ones and never had a problem catching back up but this new interface has ruined the entire experience. It crashes constantly and I have to restart the game, everything is tiny and it’s so much more tedious than before. I’m not a desktop player and that’s what I loved about the mobile version, it was different and suited many players. Hopefully the developers can make it an option to switch between the two versions or just undo the update entirely but I don’t have much hope for that and may just put the game down and never return which is such a shame.

Unusable
Love to play on my laptop, but the app is useless. Nothing I do even registers when I play on my phone. Completely wastes my time. If I’m not near a computer that day I’ll lose my login streak. Logins don’t count when you do it through the app I guess. I also got charged for a hat full of passes to get my membership twice. I’m nice through the website, and another time through my phone a few days later. I hate the app now after being charged twice. When I tried to explain the problem I received no response and was charged regardless. What a complete waste of time and my hard earned money to put an unusable, glitchy app like this on the App Store. Have been playing this game since I was a little kid, and I love it, but this was just so disappointing.

There has been no adjustment of text or proportions to tailor the desktop layout to a phone screen. Text is tiny, and attempting to press buttons without zooming in is impossible. Every page requires you to zoom and scroll in order to perform basic functions. This causes great eye strain and reduces accessibility. The app is very poor and nearly impossible to use.

I love this game. There are so many different kinds of Horses. From many breeds of horses to even more breeds of ponies, Draft horses and even two different breeds of Donkeys. This is a wonderful game. Btw, there’s also unicorns too.😊🙂
Not that big of a fan
I don't know why it needs my parents email and my parent will probably not agree to that but if i got to play then i think it will be fun but the horses are really cute and the creators did a really good job making them!
App not good
The newest version of the app is horrible. It does not function as an app. It does not fit phone. Everything is too small and it's super hard to navigate. It's essentially the desktop version of their website which does not translate to an app.

Hello I have had this game for a few months and I haven’t had the chance to play it because it says I need internet even if I have every bar I can get. I really want to try it but I can’t 😭. I wish you could help me to play this it seems so fun I it looks so fun and all the reviews say it’s awesome but I can’t try it so I feel left out please help me with this problem I was also told that it would be fixed but it was not and yes I used the same review and added more but I just wanted to let you guys know about it in case you have the same problem and it was not fixed and it sad now cause I cannot play it so idk what to do bc it was not fixed and I’m not being mean or trash talking the crew I am just letting them know hope you can actually fix it!😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 thank you for listening

Please return to vertical app layout
I love this game, and using the app was really nice for me since I use my phone way more often than my computer. But now the horizontal layout has made the app virtually unusable. Please at least give users a way to toggle between vertical and horizontal layouts.
