This version of the HP12c will not calculate the future value. When pressing the FV key the response is error. The app will calculate FV on the IPad 16

The Best Calculator Ever
I have been using an HP 12c calculator since 1985. I wouldn’t use any other. The iPhone version has been on my phone for years. The first version I had on an older iPhone was almost the same size as the physical HP 12c. This calculator has so many features, memories, and programming features. I couldn’t begin to summarize them all. What I can say in conclusion is that once you start using a 12c, you will never change!!!

I’ve always had an HP 12c but found myself without it most of the time when needed. Now, with the App, it always available!
Charged for no reason
Never opt in to any subscription and got charged 23 dollars - the app was even deleted. Do not download it, it does not show in your Apple subscription and still charging you!

Just Like The Real Thing
I’ve been using an HP 12c since the 1980’s. In fact, I still have my original calculator. But this app is a perfect substitute for when I don’t have my calculator handy.

Obscures iMac Screen
Emulation is so large it obscures documents on the iMac, which makes this very good performing app unusable on a full-size desktop. Possibly MORAVIA or KOALA42 can add a sizing feature to the menu.

Decades of Dependability
HP12-C has been my single source of any financial or mathematical aid through college in the 80s, through 40 years as a principal broker in real estate, and now in my every day living! I have Two physical handheld, but rely every day on the app on my iPhone! HP 12c, you are everywhere I go!
An overdue but welcome update
The history of the official HP calculators is a little bit strange. It started with four - the HP 12C, the HP 12C Platinum, the HP 15C, and the HP PRIME PRO. These all had HP down as the developer, and had zero support and just a few updates in 10 or more years. It's therefore nice to see the rerelease of the HP 12C and 15C with a perfect redesign to suit today's devices. Portrait mode is now supported with the full keypad available. Sadly, the 12C Platinum was simply removed from the store, so I had to buy this 12C. Fortunately the 15C update was free. If you're an HP calculator fan like me, you'll want both the 12C and 15C. It's great that the 12C is also supported on the M-series Macs. It is nice, but I wish at least numbers could be entered from the keyboard. Also sadly, the PRIME PRO has not been updated. It's okay on iPad, but disappointing on iPhone. Fingers crossed that will be addressed.

Tuve en mis tiempos de estudio la Hp 12c … y esta emulación me da casi la misma experiencia. La verdad muy buena experiencia de usuario. Muchos recuerdos de mi época estudiantil. Estaba por comprar una original … pero la verdad con esta solución no necesito la física.

It couldn’t be quite as good as an actual 12c but excellent for all that.

As as 39-year user of the original 12C this is a near replica. All that’s missing is the satisfying soft pop of the keyboard.
