App does not refresh after order
Even after purchasing digital subscription, app does not refresh or show content.

Too much confusion to open app. I am not able to open iOS version. Please help me, after payment- it should be simple.
Login session disconnects after every couple of days
I am living outside of India and app is the only way to read magazine. I am not expecting app to be super super fine but at least login sessions disconnects every other day is something you should address in you next release.

Very poor performance
App crashes very frequently, have to delete and download again everything. Not at all up to the standard of this magazine.

Good
Stopped subscription because of the App
Only reason I stopped subscribing Safari magazine is this app. I been a paper subscriber since Issue #18 and moved to US so wanted digital version but this app is very difficult to use. Randomly crashes and unable to log back in. Download freezes. Very poor user interface.
Completely Useless App
This application is completely Useless and because of that the subscription is waste of money.
Do not purchase subscription and fall in trap of Safari / Harshal Publications. They will never fix the app and just keep charging money for magazine you cannot read.

Perfect detail with Transparency
Safari is amazing magazine with all kind of knowledge and easy to operate with digitally

Is it same Safari?
We trust this publication since childhood. We feel literate and explore the world following landmarks we read in the same book. Subscribed but nothing there to read. Support page is not upto the mark. Mr. Editor check on your IT team.
Useless App
This App has been consistently crashing. It logs you out after a while and then when trying to log back in, it crashes! It takes several attempts to log back in and then, the app becomes unresponsive! Please bring back capability to read on a desktop/laptop in a pdf format!

When I click on icon it doesn’t open anything. My IOS is up to date.

I paid for digital edition but unable to read. Don’t know what is going on in app. Everything is worst in this app.
Poor Stability
Keeps crashing. Needs some serious work to work on iPad. The issue remains unresolved for over 6 months now.
Add dictionary
Your App. Is very good but my suggestion is that please add dictionary also like kindle App. which is useful when we read English digital books.
