惠普打印机现在质量太差了
经常掉线，不稳定，无法正常工作；2个纸盒里都有纸，其中一个a3, a4纸盒里还有几十张纸。就开始提示没纸了。用了几十年打印机，现在惠普hp 打印机是最差的一次。刚买来，还保证售后4年，售后服务也不给力，反应很慢，体验很差。 今后公司、家庭用再不敢买惠普打印机了。。。。

This app COULD NOT POSSIBLY be any less useful. It’s supposed to allow me to connect my HP DeskJet, but it doesn’t even provide an option to attempt that. Plus they want to charge me for having it and there’s no option to cancel the purchase that’s not supposed to be charged for three days.

Deceit from HP Smart Printer App
The people responsible for providing this service which is supposed to be free, makes it impossible to continue with the free service and force you to pay in order to continue. This is not right and even in this new era of crooked practices, this is abhorrent. Anyone dealing with the people associated with HP Smart Printer should not do so…they are beyond unethical…
