Missing attachments
Often encountered with the problem of missing attachments in claim submission. It drives me nuts. Some attachments would have gone missing after attaching all the supporting documents upon submission. Then I have to resubmit a few times to make sure all the attachments are there.
GPS Never Accurate
The GPS to pinpoint location is never accurate. It never gets the user exact location to Time In.

When I tried to login in the app, there’s no such thing as login using other methods. I usually use gmail to login on this platform.
Mobile Web based (using safari):
Very very slow to load. Can you check on your end how long it takes for someone to login into their account using web based (safari)?
