Can’t even login
Can’t even login but at least the app doesn’t crash immediately after opening it anymore. Guess that’s progress at about the same rate as the rail
Can’t even create an account
I downloaded the app and am taken straight to a login page. There is no option to even create an account. This app is useless.
Horrible app
Errors galore, Account not found. No response from customer service on both emails and IG. Phone number is dead and the office is a the box office who do not run the app and are unable to help.
Best app
I love how you can earn points daily and per event. All I have to do is show up and walk out and earn my free points. So far I’ve gotten 12,000 points doing this
Points dont save
I scan in games but app wont even save my rewards when i attend events, complete disappointment

Unable to create account or reset password per instructions. No one responds to email or ig chat for assistance or troubleshooting
