Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing
I needed an app to create AI-generated images. This app claimed to allow users to use multiple different sources and the annual premium subscription seemed reasonably priced. So I paid the $39.99…. Nothing happened. Every time I tried to use the app, it pulled up a page prompting me to subscribe. I contacted customer service by email. It took 24 hours for someone to respond each time after I contacted them. It didn’t seem like anything was going to get resolved, and I read other reviews saying this app was a scam, so I canceled my subscription through the App Store and submitted a request for a refund.

Overcharged
I feel like I was charged for two weekly subscriptions at the same time when I sign up for only one. They said they would refund me the extra money for the lower subscription fee but they never did. I can’t afford to be double charged, especially in this economy, so I cancelled both subscriptions. How do I get the money back from the more expensive one? Also, I never got any of the Pro+ features I was promised. So I deleted this stupid app!

I paid the 7.99 and still won’t let me do anything. I want my money back sent you an email.
Base app is great but paid for pro and nothing changed
Paid the $8 and nothing changed and I still don't have access to any of the other models. Restore button doesn't do anything. If anyone sees this and can help me out I would appreciate it
A small glitch
I downloaded the app and paid for a subscription, but it didn’t work and I couldn’t access the Pro features. The developer was super responsive and did issue me a refund. It might’ve been a clutch that was particular to my experience though.
