How do I delete entries in my “Payee List”?
Repeatedly gets error message that my “payee list” is full and advised me to delete some entries in that list. I sent multiple requests for help on how I can do this very simple task, but never get a response.

HSBC ID app has been improving lately following common features HBSC app globally. However, there are some locally features need to be added:
- QRIS payment, from debit, credit and etc.
- Global transfer, for across HBSC accounts globally.
- Card management, for lock, limit, setup.
- In-app notification, for replacing unnecessary SMS notification fee.
- Chat bot, for simplifying customer service.
As a leading international bank, I am sure HBSC ID app is capable for this.

Great job on the new app, but…
The new app looks amazingly clean and simple. I have been using it for a few days, and my only advice for now is to add some features, such as viewing past transfers and payments, downloading and sharing transfer or payment receipts, and adding more top-up and bill pay vendors. I really want to use my HSBC account for almost everything, but I just can’t due to the limited features on the app. For that reason, I am giving four stars this time. Can’t wait for the next update :)
