Now we can't see what's come in and out none of the records were transfered
Cheques
It’s a nightmare to deposit cheques on the app which is inconvenient for me being a sole trader and very busy which makes me have to take time to drive all the way to a branch that’s 20 min away and pay 2.30 for parking to deposit a cheque. I have raised a complaint and nothing has been resolved… let alone no communication from the customer service. My complaint was thrown out of the window with no response!

For a bank you are extremely invasive with your information requests which are not necessary for a bank.

My hsbc kinetic app is excellent, all on one device makes it so easy to use & customer service always reply quickly to any questions or problems, can’t recommend the kinetic account enough.

It’s good as long as you have enough deposit in your account but also need at least 5-10K overdraft!

Good App however sometimes push notifications for transactions do not show on phone. Would also be great if App could show future expected transactions like direct debits like monzo does for budgeting. But please sort out the push notifications any money in or out should trigger a push notification.

Really grate for quick payments and checking activity. But really frustrating that you can’t search for a payment with payee’s name- I feel this is a major flaw and I’m tempted to change banks for this reason

Ok but many draw backs
It’s good for checking what has been paid and sending money but there is no search function to check for old payments, you have to manually scroll.
Transaction search
It’s a decent enough app but it is frustrating to not be able to search for transactions -that would be a very useful improvement for my business.

Not easy to search for transactions without downloading the statement which is long winded . Can you add the search facility for transactions names please
