Waste of time
This app really serves no other purpose than checking the balance. What little functionality they've put in this app doesn't work anyway. At this point, 5min of your life you'll never get back.

No fund switching function in the apps
Can’t perform fund switching in the apps. Also, apps performance is really bad. Also, I have to mange a new separated set of password/pin just for orso… something I won’t visit often and definitely I am going to forget my account / password in future when I change my phone.

Difficult to login and not able to see my investments
SMS login is not responding, cannot see my investment. The app loading speed is very slow.
Super slow, cannot see gain or loss
Load so slow, too stupid to ask for account number, nowadays are estatements, how can we check the number in estatement before we can login the acct, they should keep the old system read only for people to find out the account number. There’s no way can see the investment is a gain or loss.

Like the other comments already said, the app pops up "Login Failed" even before asking for my username and password.

No Connection when fix?
Two weeks have passed since I reported this issue, and no fix is in sight. An unusable app and continued delays are entirely unacceptable. I demand an immediate update and insist that this matter be handled by qualified professionals, not amateurs who failed to detect this bug from the start.

The app can never be used as it always said no network connection. Called hotline for over a week but no improvement yet.

This app is extremely disappointing. It constantly shows errors like "No connection" and frequently crashes. It’s hard to believe it was even tested properly before release. There is no support at all from the developers, which makes the experience frustrating and useless. This app seriously impacts user experience and trust. I do not recommend it to anyone
