Fiddly app where little works
Adding matches to calendar doesn’t work. Notifications don’t work. Which clown designer this?
If only there was a calendar
Why is there an option to subscribe to a calendar to follow your favorite teams, if the subscription is just an inaccurate “all day” event that doesn’t tell you when your teams are playing, what day they’re playing, and what time the day starts? It would be nice if there was some sort of calendar sync so I didn’t have to keep checking the app or website for updates.
If you do know when your teams are playing but can’t watch, the follow along live tab is great. It updates pretty quickly and accurately. It’s a great feature.

This app on iOS is a total mess. Unbelievably annoying bad, nonsensical, disorganised, and inoperable. Rather remove it altogether!!!

The worst piece of app. If you click on support then that does not even work, that besides the app info being inaccurate and not updated.
App froze
When I try to open the app it doesn’t move off the opening screen. It’s like it is on a never ending loop.
Unusable
Worst app I use. Broken links everywhere. Inane headings like “Rugby”. Spent twenty minutes trying to find the final results table for the season. All the links were broken but there were a million video clips of human interest nonsense. This app is a disorganized mess. I give up.

Where are the Hong Kong matches, why can’t I see the list of all the fixtures?
Grade B for the effort in the USA
I applaud the effort, and we Americans need to be grateful for any international rugby we can find. But this app won’t refresh when during tournaments (at least the last 2 - Perth and Cape Town). I could see the updated results on websites but this app was stuck in time. I tried rebooting, deleting the app and downloading, nothing worked. Maybe poor cookie management. Anyway, please fix that. Cheers.

Screen covered by an ad
This used to be a good app, but now about a quarter of the screen is covered by an ad for a TV company, blocking the info under it. Another is no option to get rid of it - just stays even if you click the accept button. So disappointing!!
Not a User friendly App
The layout of this App is terrible. Way too busy and choked by so much irrelevant content that it’s almost impossible just to find latest results. I simply wanted to find out what’s been happening in Dubai - been on for 10 minutes and still trying to find the results page. Fewer videos and more directly relevant info would be very welcome.

App Links Don’t Work
Links to men’s standings doesn’t work. The font, design and graphics look like they were designed in the 1980s by some 1st year student.
Could be better
Has all the info I need but it would be much better if when switching between tabs it remembers where you used to be on that tab instead of always defaulting to the home page.
Go back to the old app
Since the new update this app is annoying and hard to use! The old layout was better.
Stupid new app
The last ap was wonderful! Had the schedule, had the ability to be notified when my teams played & was very easy to use!! This new ap is awful!! Where is the schedule???? Starting playoffs and no schedule to follow, no one knows who plays who when??
