No Payment Confirmations
Recently, additional text message confirmations or on-screen confirmations when doing instant bank transfers are not coming through properly. Please fix the bug because after a transaction it makes me feel uncertain whether a payment was made successfully or not!

Great app
This new app it much easier to manage with better security compared to the old app with the security key.
Not enough transaction history
You can only go back like 3 days in the transaction history which is not enough if you want to look at your spending history. Seriously lacking compared to industry standard. Every other banking app I’ve used has months of transaction history. The rest is pretty good and easy to use.
Not a local banking app
Cannot use QR codes for transferring money(like other Vietnam banking apps) but have to fill in account and bank detail. Except that the bank selection function hardly ever works. It can take 5minutes of repeat attempts to get any banks to appear on the list making this a very frustrating app to use.
I am considering to get a local bank account just so I can transfer money efficiently.

Utterly useless
The Vietnam hsbc app is useless, you can’t do anything and transfers take forever and most of the time you have to go online to the website.

Một ứng dụng ngân hàng trên điện thoại mà chỉ có duy nhất chức năng cực kỳ cơ bản là: chuyển tiền. Kể cả việc thêm thông tin tài khoản người nhận cũng không thể… Trong khi các ứng dụng mobile banking của các ngân hàng trong nước đã có bao nhiêu là chứng năng tiện dụng. Không hiểu sao một N.H lớn như HSBC lại có ứng dụng ngân hàng tệ như vậy 🤷♀️

Very poor
For one of the world’s biggest financial institutions, this is the worse’s app I’ve experienced. Laggy. Non-intuitive when searching for banks. No QR code for quick searches and local payments. Really bad.

Thời đại nào rồi lúc Google Pay ra mắt cũng ko hỗ trợ và giờ ko hỗ trợ luôn Apple Pay. Ngân hàng quốc tế mà coi thường người Việt quá.
Day time transfers only
I like HSBC and services but the one hugely frustrating thing is not being able to transfer funds from USD account to VND account outside back office hours (including all weekends and holidays)
Other banks do it very easily.
For an international bank this is quite amazingly poor

Thao tác phức tạp. Chuyển khoản sang ngân hàng khác bằng Napas thì không được. Trải nghiệm rất khó chịu
Bad app
Honestly this app is embarrassing for such a large international bank. One of the only bank apps in Vietnam that doesn’t have a QR code function. Also, in order to login to your account on a web browser, you need to get a code from your mobile app. So if you have a problem with your mobile app then there is no other way to access your own account. On top of that, you’re only allowed to have one device access the app. So if you have a problem with your phone or it’s lost/stolen, you can’t access the mobile app on a tablet either.

This new app is so much better than the previous system. It’s a lot easier than the digital key system.

Suggestions
Should show more previous transactions on the app. Go back further in date. And be able to show deposits only or withdrawals only. Also add an option where we can add a Nick and to payees. I saved payees but gave no idea who they are because their company name doesn’t show. Add notifications for when a deposit is made.
