TenantHub is an Integrated Facility Management mobile application that works in conjunction with IoT technology and an automated digital work order process to support all aspects of facility management. Key Modules: • Helpdesk – Raise, track, and collaborate on support tickets from open to resolution • PPM – Manage preventive maintenance with schedules, work orders, and task lists • Inspections – Run inspection checklists on a schedule and keep work aligned to the program • Gate Pass – Manage gate passes for people and assets moving through the facility • Work Permit – Request and manage work permits with required site checks
