Unsuitable for use in UK
This was one of several candidate applications I downloaded from the App Store to try out for management of home inventories for audit and insurance purposes. Somewhat bizarrely, considering it is available from the UK store, it will not allow any property to be added with a UK address! It insists on a US state and ZIP code, and will not accept a UK postcode.
Whilst it seems a shame to give a potentiality useful app a one star rating, it doesn't work, so one star it has to be.

From their Privacy Policy - this is a "...service booking platform..."
App demo only talks about home repair, cleaning, and hiring a Home Repair Professional from their list of qualified contractors.
It does not appear to be for an inventory list of items to help keep track of household items. Seems to require establishing an account with them before you can look at app.
I deleted it.
