Logged in ok via website, tried to login repeatedly via app, kept failing “service unavailable”

App is great but logging in with each use is cumbersome and outdated. Please upgrade to Face ID or username and password recognition. Thank you 🙏🏻

Cannot book a class or understand how the app works. Keeps logging me out…such a nightmare!

The new IT booking system is nowhere near as user friendly as the other one.
