The app is ok, but it’s just a little weird.
The app is good for doing the stuff you need for your watch, but I know when the “assistant” sent me random pictures of yellow blobs eating cookies and told me that I was their best friend and they couldn’t answer a simple question like I remember I would ask it a question and it would just be like “OK”, “sorry”, etc. as an ai engineer this is obviously very sloppy AI lol the biggest giveaway is when it asked me if I was AI cause that was really weird and I know no human assistant behaves like that it also types in lowercase all the time which is unprofessional and I know from experience of other customer service services that they’re not supposed to be behave like that or send pictures of yellow blobs doing random stuff and I remember I would ask you a question that only an AI could solve and it would just send me somewhere random picture of a yellow blob or say OK so either your assistants are really low budget and stupid Or it’s some really weird AI.

I like the watch, but it sometimes erases my data
Poor Sync
This will sometimes sync data with my iPhone and sometimes not. I also have to reset some of the settings every time I charge the watch. I do like how long the battery lasts and the watch itself is great. It just doesn’t actually allow me to fully track my heath data in either the Apple Health app or the HuaWise app.

Storage space on phone
Like the watch but it’s taking too much storage on phone. Once I delete the app and reinstall it, it’s fine. But then in a few days it does the same thing. So this is so annoying. May return watch because of this
To the developers,
I have had my watch for about 2 years now. And it just never seems to work. At the time I am typing this it is daylight savings time and my watch doesn’t connect to the time however, my sisters does. Please fix this feature and allow it to connect

App stops working after entering information
I got as far as the user information screen, then it had no other “confirm” or “done” buttons to press. It just stayed there. I finally uninstalled it after an hour of waiting.
Software not fit for purpose
Since my initial review above, I am lowering my 3 Start review to one star. I set my Steps Goal to 8,000 Steps and when in the app viewing the steps for the week, the circle of achievement Goal will close if I have achieved my target. What is really frustrating is the Goal continually resets to 0 in the Profile Menu without any reason whatsoever so when I look at the circles for my Goals, they are all closed as if I have reached my target - what a joke and totally defeats the object of having a goal / target to work to. Do yourself a favour and do not buy this watch. The watch is okay at recording your activity but it is let down by the atrocious software.

Ahurissant! Au 3ème jour d’utilisation, au réveil, mon cell m’informe qu’il est saturé!!! 😱😱😱 En regardant « qu’est-ce qui se passe?!!!! » je vois 75.21 GO pour cette application!!! De toute évidence, ça a dû en utiliser plus car mon IPhone a automatiquement déchargé certaines apps! Inconcevable!!!! Je suis très inquiète sur ce que cette app a fait en réalité!!

Watch just doesn’t connect
My watch told me to download this app but it just wouldn’t find my watch. This could be a result of my parenting app but that’s very unlikely. Since this didn’t work I did some research and I found a video using “DaFit” app with my watch. I download it and it instantly finds my watch, I won’t go into it too much bc the hauwise app would have prob worked the same I just couldn’t connect my watch which is required to use the whole app.

I am very satisfied with this product not only does it have a clear sound when you answer calls from the watch but you can also access Siri from the watch as well good heart rate app an 02 sat readings as well as great messaging.
Great economical smart watch
Some of the tracking will not start until the next day, try moving between day and werk tracking and the tracking will show up. Also synching with the apple health app will allow for more featured to work.
Really impressed
I was apprehensive due to the low cost but I’m really impressed with all the features and great customer service!! I needed help setting some things up and they were really quick and helpful with their response. Great alternative to the £500+ watches out there!
