Lost my points
I purchased a new phone and when i downloaded the app it lost all my purchases and my free drink. Not sure i will keep this on my phone but i love the coffee.
Great Store Awful App
This app constantly crashes and locks up. I have lost all my points more than once due to either having to do an upgrade or reinstall it. The coffee on the other hand is fantastic. Too bad they have an anti-loyalty app.
Doesn't work well all the time...
Sometimes it saves and sometimes it doesn't. I've bought several lbs of coffee, expresso drinks and regular coffees but several times I've gone back to the application to discover my past purchases gone and I then have to start all over. There is no log-in or any way for the program to back-up. Once lost it is then gone forever! Pointless loyalty program.

Not working on 4S
App looks useful, but crashes upon code scanning. I have reinstalled the app twice, and it only works for one scan. From then on the app crashes.
Constant Crashing
This app shows some promise but difficult to assess anything as it crashes constantly. The idea of scanning a code in line is a bit flawed as well because you hold up the entire line while you fumble around trying to find and figure out an app that won't work so you can scan the code at the register. (With Perka, you could check in after ordering and while you waited on your drink.)
