Baby monitor
This is a great baby monitor. I have a special needs child. Who is 21 years old. This is the only brand of camera that has lasted years. Well worth it!!!
App streaming failure
Ive had the cameras, monitors and app for 7 years. But the past year have been miserable! Cameras are connected but one of the following issues occurs very frequently: 1) cameras not live streaming on app but live on monitors. 2) cameras not recording history. My internet network not changed but the package/ capacity/ speed have been upgraded few times and my speedtest shows very good results therefore its definitely app issues. Have been contacting app support frequently yet very slow to no response received.

Bad app, bad customer service
This app is an absolute travesty. Long loading times, poor connectivity, need to restart several times to turn the music on or off. Now it’s asking for a fee to continue to use it. I bought the camera based on the fact it came with an app for streaming. Changing the conditions several years later is baloney, and anyone working for this company should consider a different job.

Great Camera
I’ve had my Hubble Motorola Camera for some time now. The picture quality is great and I can actually talk to my pet if I see him getting in to something. You can play music through the Camera if that relaxes your pet as well. All the time, you can catch a would be intruder as well! Love it....
Horrible monitor
I have gone through 3 Motorola baby monitors in 2 years. Absolutely horrible products. The first one the parent monitor clip broke. The second one would power off even with a full battery charge, and the third one makes an intermittent cracking static noise that is unbearable. Support requests through this app have gotten me nowhere. The communication from Motorola has completely stopped after they claimed they would send a replacement that never showed up. Now they will not respond to me at all. If you have purchased a Motorola baby monitor and it’s not too late to return it, send it back and go with another brand!!!

HOUSE WATCH
This service worked quite well for a number of years but the App is no longer being updated. It is now no longer possible to record movement on a video. It only works for the moment while using the App to see the area. People are still trying to sell the monitors which only go with this App despite the fact that it is obsolete.

Disappointed
Since streaming went from free to $10 I have not been able to get my camera to connect to the app which is extremely disappointing. It would be helpful for the app to actually work if you are having to pay for it.
Connection to internet
Used to like this app and the cameras. Recently cameras no longer connect and it takes hours to fix even with a strong WiFi connection.

No Brasil não existe horário de verão desde 2019 e o aplicativo segue entrando em horário de verão. Falta conexão com 5G. Sinal de wifi 100% e leva vários minutos para reconexão. Detecção de movimentos que não existe e os movimentos do bebê mesmo não detecta.
