Not user friendly
Can’t go back once you click on a video, have to close out and reload every time! Very frustrating!

Waste of £70
Got the dashcam few years ago because it had the app functionality with GPS monitor. Now I need the app function few years later I find that the app never worked for anybody. Very bad on Motorolas and Hubbles part. Lost a customer, going to Nextbase.
From a IT technician side I can get the GPS coordinates from the SD but I do not have time to write an application that can interpret this. Also tried many other desktop dashcam applications but none can interprets this data.

Useless
Bought the Motorola MDC500 last week. Downloaded this app to my iPhone but it was unable to connect with the dash cam, no wifi network showing. This dash cam should no longer be sold, as it is false advertising saying it still works with this unsupported app. It doesn’t. Returned to Argos for refund. Don’t waste your money!

Needs updating
Seems to work well until you want to watch playback then it just crashes

Got this dashcam as a recent Christmas present. Says on the box to download the app but the app is not updated and most features don’t work. Why continue to advertise the app if it doesn’t work and there have been no updates on the app for 2 years.
Can’t play videos
Like others who have left a review, I am unable to play back the videos using the app. I just get a white screen. Can’t seem to find anywhere to help with this issue either. The app feature was one of the reasons I went for this dashcam. Expensive mistake!

What’s the point of this app
This app needs updating so you can play back your videos. When you go to play back your videos you are left with a pure white screen. The app either needs updating or to just remove! Only way to get videos is remove sd card and download to computer. Not really the future of dash and really, if I had known this I would have got a different dashcam!

Wifi?
Its not really wifi and wont hotspot to your phone so need to connect it as a wifi device each time. Pretty useless option really. Gps doesnt work on it unless in the app.
White screen when loading videos in app
Worked fine for a couple months
Now when I try to view videos in the app it comes up with a white screen and audio only. Then the app breaks
When I plug the memory card into the computer the videos save completely fine with no issues, the only problem I’m having is on the app
Any help would be appreciated as I can’t find anything online about this

Useful but not all features work
Just bought Motorola MDC500 and thought this feature would be great. Works well to view footage or to download files but driving stats don’t work as app crashes. Real shame as the Dashcam(MDC300GW/MDC500GW) has GPS enabled but no use as playback does not show location etc.
Would be fantastic if these features were fixed.
