Does not work at all
Just bought new watch from AD. App keeps saying watch not recognized. I am probably on close to 100 attempts in all kinds of lighting and backgrounds. Will be returning the watch and going with different brand.
Now I know why it’s 1-star
The app need to be updated. Can’t turn off the flash (gotta cover it with my finger), and it doesn’t zoom in/out. That’s why the lens is always fuzzy. Can’t recognize my Sang Bleu no matter how many times I tried. Please fix this issue

カメラがぼやけてダメ
自分的には安くない時計なのでしっかりと登録したいんですが、
シリアルナンバー入力後に時計の裏側の写真を撮るところで画像がぼやけて撮影できず💦
ぼやけた状態で無理やり撮影しても当然認識してもらえないです。
iphone16proなんですが普通の接写は当たり前のように問題なく撮れます。
が、このアプリでカメラが起動されるとぼやけてダメ。
いろんな物や事が簡素化で簡単にできるこの時代に面倒で仕方がない💦
一旦登録諦めました😭

読み込み不可Unable to read
シリアル番号は手入力するので確実に読み込まれているはずですが、撮影しにくい画像を読み込んでもエラーになる。番号と画像を一致させる単純なシステムなのに機能せず全く意味がありません。世界のウブロさん、なんとかしてください。 The serial number is entered manually, so it should be read without fail, but even if I try to read an image that is difficult to photograph, an error occurs. It's a simple system that matches the number with the image, but it doesn't work and is completely pointless. Hublot of the world, please do something about this.

Not functioning
Ever since the crowdstrike update issue, the app has stopped working. Tested on three different mobile numbers in my house. App only says contact customer service and will not open

That’s it. The photo app does not work. I take a perfect photo, it sits for 30 seconds and then says “server took too long to respond”

Easy to use.. and register including extended warranty.
Couple tips if you have never used this type of app.. try setting watch on the black leather cover that comes in the case (or use black background in not picking it up).. worked perfect once I changed the background (also size up and match the outline by moving phone in or out, it will change from red to yellow then green and snap the image automatically once it’s got it)..

アップデート
普通に使えはします。しかし、最新版を使わないと、ちゃんとウブロ本体に登録されている正規品の時計でも「登録無し」と出てしまいます。一番、使えない点は「アップデートの通知がアプリから来ない事」かつ「一度アンイストール後、最新版をダウンロードする必要がある事」。せめて、アプリを開いたら「最新版アップデートのお知らせ」の機能くらいは付けるべき。

Quite possibly the worst app on the App Store. The e warranty is next to impossible to get to work.

Download the app, input serial # , snapped the photo, which was scanned and credited as original watch and add the warranty to Apple wallet, if you can’t do this May be watch is fake?

My Hublot only has a 6 digit serial number and it won’t accept it.
Useless and broken
Aside from the terrible UX for what should be a simple process, photo recognition does not work AT ALL! Perfect photo of the back, all lined-up and crystal clear SN… still not recognized.
I ended up logging into Hubloista and adding the warranty info to my wallet from there.
From the looks of it, this app isn’t even needed, and wouldn’t be very useful even if it did work! Hublot needs to sunset this app now.
