Hubzu Farce of an Auction
App is fine, service-not so much
Bidders beware. Hubzu allows the sellers to reject the bids and re-list the property repeatedly. If the sellers set the minimum bid, and then the bidding ends with a high bidder, the seller shouldn’t be allowed to constantly refuse the highest bidder and then continue to redo the listing because they don’t like the results.

Dont waste your time and money
I was charged 50 cents to place a bid and had $1000 hold placed on my credit card. The auction said nothing about a reserve price and I was the only bidder. They cane back to me and told me that the auction didnt go for enough money and I could place a final and best offer. So basically I was charged for the right to make an offer on a property. What a total scam.

App does not work in map view
App gets stuck in map view. Developers needs to fix the issues in map view. When i try Zooming or click on the property the app gets stuck. I have tried different iPhones and problem persist from day one.
Not good with recent changes
They used to send outbid notice to your backup bids so you at least have the option to bid up. I don’t know why they changed that and I lost a property I’m willing to pay more if needed. The seller lost a better offer as well. Obviously I will not list or buy properties here.
Difficult to search
All kinds of pop-ups asking for info. Annoying! Let me look if I see something I’ll let you know.
Trash
Worst app. Says im in Mass. Im in NY. Cant change location. Setup account and it still says Mass. WORST APP. Use the website.
Current location
I tap current location and it says only United States. I just wanted to inform that it’s been over a hundred years that Puerto Rico has been part of US.

Hubzu only takes CC for deposit. Not CC linked to bank account
Why, all of a sudden, is Hubzu not allowing CC linked to bank account to be used for bid deposits

Really decent app, but we can’t get it to return to search results after clicking on a property. We have to do a new search each time we click on something

I’ve used this app for a day now and this is what I’m experiencing.
-App does not sync with desktop well. Not all my saved favorites on the desktop shows up on the app.

Awful Company
Hubzu is terrible. The real estate “deals” aren’t deals at all. I’ve been flipping houses for 9 years now, collecting rentals for 3, and this company is a joke.
Terrible terrible terrible
They keep extending the time on the bidding and even if you get the highest bidding, you can’t get it. It is the terrible experience.
Who rated this higher than 2???
My 10 yr old can dev an app better than this. I’ve bought a property off this site but would not use this app. Sad.

Can't Search
Unable to enter address to search for a current auction. App defaults to Texas and will not allow any data to be entered. This is essentially a non-functional app for me.
